…….. I think the CO lives there as he mentioned seeing me that day. . . . .
Thought that was you on YouTube! 😯
Congrats on hitting 6 🙂 🙂 !!
Looks like you are a friend, but…… are you currently logged in to this site? That might be the problem, but since you’re posting here, unlikely 😳 so no help here. BUT, congrats on bagging that Lonely! 😀
(hopefully an admin-type will be able to assist you………)
Spotted one in Lohrville, …is that right? Waiting for an FTF? If so, checked into it a bit after paddling in Wautoma, and it appeared to be used now/past by the same place that provided the rental equipment this bird used to become PADI certified…..many years ago…………so definitely of interest/bucket listed. One of us says NO. The other, maybe so……….. Pretty sure it will be set too deep to snorkel, if you’re a mere mortal. Too deep for a puffin, as well. Sure wish it was in nice clear and warm Hawaii or Cabo, though 8) To Dive in cold and murky WI, well, you really gotta wanna! But it’s really worth the experience.
A cache helps force a decision. Can’t you here it, calling, calling, calling? 😈
THANKS TBC! As noted previously by others, your contributions are truly appreciated! Now, hope you get a chance to have some fun joining in the game 😀
Wish this was a Webcam Cache………….we dive, too 😀

As noted above, as a quick & dirty approach, you can remove all non-PQ caches in the beta map, by deactivating them in the legend section, on the left side of the map.
The problem I’ve had with this is that the little balloons for the PQ stay, but then you can’t tell what the cache type is because you’ve disabled the icons. The upside is that it is a quick way to see just the general location of all the caches.
Hmmmmmmmmm, poop! You’re right! Shoulda said ‘Quick and Dirty and Pretty and Useless.’ 😆

So what is your ultimate solution?
And if you can run GSAK, just map it using a macro from there.

I’m trying to find a way to display pocket query results without all the other caches mixed in. I’m pretty sure it used to work this way, but with the new “beta” maps I can’t seem to find a way to turn off the non-pocket query caches.
I have a PQ that lists all my “Solved / Unfound” puzzle caches and it would be nice to see the visual of where my “high volume” pockets are. With the new maps this is a mess to try and see when it spans the entire state of WI.
Click on the PQ you want to see, so that you see the little ‘lightning bolt’ icons. Then go into the Legend section at left, and start turning off the various filterable cache types. This should just leave you with your PQ caches displaying. Hope this works! 😀
Last year we were on Washington Island, and saw this one sitting up there. But sitting in the restaurant, we couldn’t solve it before the ferry left. So once back ‘down here’, we set about solving and hunting the first two, and that went ‘crazy fine’. But the bugger up there, still eluded us last summer, though we thought we knew it’s approximate location. Had we returned without the solve, we’d have still searched for it on foot without the true solve, as that’s certainly one way to shortcut a puzzle. Now ya went and got our interest up again, so this one is back on top of the ‘give it another shot’ pile.
Keep those hints coming!

We’re pretty certain GZ is on a rather large Island, but not certain if it is in Green Bay, or Lake Michigan. Or even if Green Bay is considered Lake Michigan….. 8)
Since you inquired here about a used one, you might be interested in a refurb with 1 year warranty for $330 : http://cgi.ebay.com/GARMIN-OREGON-450T-HANDHELD-GPS-NAVIGATOR-W-TOPO-/350469418130?pt=GPS_Devices&hash=item51999aec92 .

Perhaps not………. 😉
This is pretty much the same story of what has happened with the Palm app. Off to a grand start, and then the developer eventually stopped support, due to the constant attention needed to work through Groundspeak and their constant implementation of interface-disrupting ‘improvements’. Inability to use a ‘smartphone’, kills the ability to do ‘spontaneous’ caching. 👿
