What this means as I found after visiting for my $10 card is that you get a coupon card for $10 off a $50 or more purchase. The “$50 or more” is a critical missing piece of information.
That’s confusing. 😕 Does not sound like what we’d expect the term “Gander Bucks” to mean.
From the Cache Description:
“01/20/2010 Due to the continued interest and the suggestions of several “Cachers”, Gander Mountain-Appleton will give a $10. “Gander Bucks” Card to all previous loggers and all subsequent finders. Just come in, go to the Service Desk, get your “Name” checked off and receive your card. “and continuing in the Description “FTF will receive a $10. “Gander Bucks” card by bringing the cache into the store and showing the log to the MOD While you sign it.”
I know I should leave it lie, but the first cache sited may not be any more ‘evil’ than several already available in the Kingdom of Selzzup. But what is considered a rewarding cache is certainly an individual decision. Personally, think flinging a bison tube (or a nano) into a marsh would be particularly evil; however diving for a cache in a ‘shark cave’ is an interesting challenge.

It’s correct…..some Robins don’t bother traveling much. Open water and trees with berries remaining are how they survive. T.
Went on a hike with about 20 robins earlier this week, near Poynette. The trail went through hardwoods, along a lake, with lots of berries.
(we also saw a lot of singing Snow Buntings NW of there .. cute! Guess they came down to keep the robins company……… http://seagrant.wisc.edu/birds/snow_bunting_intro.html )

Really surprising to see a whole series of traditional caches unfound for so long and I’m guessing some teams have made some pretty diligent efforts to find these. Wondering if anyone from WI has taken a stab at them? (No we’re not going to.)
Look’s like a cache run made for Team CSI/gotta_run! 😈
It’s calling, calling, calling……………………YES!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! Glad to be able to kick off your big day with you! 😀 😀 😀 😀
Ahhhh, but you still need Mortar to hold the Bricks together, or the whole fun house will come tumblin’ down.
Did he swap and TB’s?
Just us a lot of camo duct tape on the hinges…………….but before they break…. 😆
Despite, or in the beauty of, yesterday’s fresh powder, fresh tracks were laid down to several of the caches this morning, so tracking to the finds will be easier. And the GeoChecker solves have picked up, confirming the puzzles aren’t difficult, and even more finds are on the wind…….

To Phoon or not to Phoon, that is the question!

Um, must try to overcome prejudice vs. two-footed phooners…….trying.. to those skilled in the art, that act is commonly referred to as the baxxxxxx 😈
Candidates also need to dance around the issues…… can you dance, as well?
😛
p.s. already know there will be a wish for the ability to delete this…………

I just broke geocaching.com 🙁 😳 🙁
So now it is ‘brokerer’??????? 🙄 It certainly is frustrating to try to work with, especially today while out in the field – under the snow – looking for a key bit of information we forgot to jot down or load in before-hand….well, on the bright side, be now know who to thank: Thank You for the confession! 8)
Congratulations, smashing ground, on your 1K, and for continuing to tear up the caching ground, no matter what the weather may bring! Cache On! 😛
Thanks gotta run, for your generous offer, and outstanding work in creating the stamp and letterbox kit!!! (We’ve changed your name; henceforth, you are hereby recognized as: lotta_fun_gotta_run……….)
We want to “publicly” acknowledge your generosity and superb craftsmanship! We think any member of the WGA, that has any interest or involvement in letter-boxing, or would otherwise like a customized team stamp to make their mark out in the caching world, would be proud to have a piece of your artwork in their arsenal.
Many, many thanks!
