Been watching them roll in. Solved Telegraph Pole and put it on the list of fun for next summer. Just need to be sure to bring the correct bike, or running shoes…..but it will happen….just hope the land isn’t reclaimed before then 😉 You’re doing a great job in building that geoscape out there!
Temporarily Disable Module09/07/2015The module appears to be in need of owner intervention. We’re temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the module, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the module from being archived for non-responsiveness.
We know, we bad 😉 😉

And yes, please go ahead and delete this………..
” . . . I would have to pay $30 a year. . .” pretty sure this statement is incorrect.

When in doubt, call them out…………………. we’ve always had great phone & followup support from Garmin, just practice your tunes while waiting to make that initial contact & speak with someone…….

Fwiw, guess we never used it, but once-upon-a-time it was targeted to be ‘shown on the “States/Counties/Countries” tab of their user profile.’From the Archives -> http://wi-geocaching.com/2006/website_work/three-new-features/ :————————————————————————————————–<h1 class=”entry-title”>Three New Features</h1>

Three New Features
7/2/2006
Three significant new features were added to the website yesterday… state/county stats maps, recent log entry forms for stats and milestones, and alert messages.
State/County Stats Maps
For users who have entered the states and Wisconsin counties they cached in, maps showing where they have been are now auto-generated and shown on the “States/Counties/Countries” tab of their user profile.
Thanks to Team B Squared (Brian) for creating the base maps that are “filled” by the web server and displayed.
Note that this is really just phase 1 of the map project. In the future more features will be added, including:
– Several customization options, including fill colors and image size.
– Addition of text to the map images, including a legend and a title indicating whose map this is (more important when including the map on another site).
– Instructions on how to add these images to your geocaching.com profile, with HTML code to be cut and pasted… though I’m sure some folks will figure out how to do this without any help.
– Ability to select and display a “home county” or “home state”.
– A world map?
…
oops! wrong thread……………………….
GCX17W With a name like this one has, it might be appealing, but not sure how far away you’d like to ‘explore.’ Depending on the map you use, this one is only about one or two inches away! 😈 😈
If you do go this distance, there are a number of other fine cache placements (waterfalls, hikes, virtuals) along the way. Not really sure what you are interested in, and would consider enjoyable. 🙂 🙂
