Duel between Pres. Alexander Hamilton and VP Aaron Burr. Alexander Hamilton lost his life after the duel. Took place July 11, 1804 in Weehawken, NJ… Another Weehawken View… GCKRMN. Do I win a fishing trip somewhere warm? 😉

    Patience……………….

The difference between getting a board position or not is only one vote this year, so we have to take a bit of extra time to double check that all the votes are legitimate before certification can occur.

An announcement will be coming soon.

LOL…hum I wonder if I should have voted for myself?

By one vote! 😉 Good Luck!

The machines I’ve been to have 4 different designs. Do they want one of each design? I’ve got some from HH Bennett and Discovery World. I may be able to get more from the Wisconsin Dells’ machines this weekend. Let me know what they are looking for and where you want me to send them.

Congrats on your fine reduction and thanks for the heads-up if I ever have the experience of visiting municipal court. 😀

Each county may be different, but in our county you can meet with the DA the day of your court appearance. You check in with the State Trooper or local police or County Deputy, what ever jurisdiction you were in when the accident happened. Sounds like it was a County Deputy. The DA lets you explain what happened. Lets you know what he can do for you. If you are not satisfied with what he tells you, you can always get an attorney or just represent yourself. Admitting guilt is a good start so you are already there and that is always a plus with our DA, and if you are already willing to pay the fine it won’t hurt to go discuss it with your County DA and possibly get your points and/or fines reduced. You could call your DA’s office and see if the procedure is similar there, the DA’s Secretary should be knowledgable in their procedure. And like zuma said they are aware of the insurance situations and you can check out the riff raff. Good Luck.

Some of you may be interested in the stats listed on the Boulter page. Here is the page:

If you dont care about numbers, it will be of no interest whatsoever. But for those who do, it is a lot like the old House of Brew site that use to be linked to the WGA site, before it was taken down. Lots of interesting stats.

The event stat numbers are interesting…

My niece works for Project Home http://www.projecthomewi.org/ . She said, “Have him call Project Home–she might qualify for some kind of help. If her furnace is in need of replacement we will give her a new one–if she qualifies for the weatherization program. 608-246-3737
Otherwise, I can refer a few of our contractors (we subcontract the work to licensed HVAC guys).” Hope this may help you.

Looks like the new version of phpBB has a feature along these lines called “Friends and Foes”. If you mark someone as a friend, all their posts are specially marked and appear in a special Friends section. If you mark someone as a foe, their posts are not displayed to you at all. You can optionally make the “Friends and Foes” information public… so you could see how many friends and foes an individual has.

I’d vote “no” on adding that feature. I successfully graduated from junior high school a long time ago and feel no need to return.

I’m not into foes either. I do like the karma/thumbs up/down feature though. But, then again you can PM someone too… Can you just add the feature to specific forums? or does it have to be across the board?
