Every week I get a newsletter from GC.com. Every week I see our paths diverging more and more.

On a different note, we have our TB university at the end of our driveway. I’ve managed to get down to talk to all the visitors so far, and last night noticed that someone had logged it, and 59 other caches of mine, the same dates as some of the Medford guys (one hour west of here over the Cascades). I had talked to the two Medford cachers that have been making regular visits, so I know there was only two people physically there on those days to sign the log – which they always sign as “TEAM BADD” to save log space. The mystery logger was not one of the two guys I talked to. I asked one through email about this new set of logs and his reply is: “We had a few issues with some of your caches today. our team is TEAM BAADD. that’s Bob, (okdf), Alex,(Socks4), Amanda, Daveydude and Duanne. The rules dictate that if you sign the log as a team, you may all claim a find.” Reactions, or have we already beat this dead horse to death? The local KF cachers are of the same mind I think we are: we wouldn’t do it, but a person really makes their own rules.

I’ve always thought the rule was, Only the team members present logged the find. Another rule I use is, As cache owner, I delete logs as I see fit – without consultation.

I certainly hope we are all done with the craphas. I just dumped the last of the snowblower gas into the lawnmowers.

I’m glad we don’t get faux tornados over here in East Sandland.

We’ve started to get a bit of rain in East Sandland. There seems to be a a few white chunky bits mixed in.

Hauled another two dead mice out of the garage this morning. Though I’ve not been keeping count, that must be well over a dozen since the beginning of the year.

At least they’re not getting any smaller, which would be a sign that they’re being over hunted.

    Good Friday ?

I always used to consider any Friday to be better than average.

I got at least 12″ but it all packed down into a 4.5″ to 6″ space before I got out to shovel it.

The dumbing down of America is a little hard to believe. I see on Amazon where someone is selling booklets of forever stamps for $15. These are three year old booklets that cost $9.20 when new and are still worth less than $10. Some reviewers are giving this scam 4 and 5 stars.

This is virtually the same as selling $10 bills for $15 bucks.

I keep fielding questions about whether these stamps can be used for postage to various places. Of course they can but it’s a waste of money.

We really ought to check to see if these morons can count their fingers and toes before we boot them out of the school house door.

This was the third straight morning with a dead mouse in one of the five traps I now have in the garage. Two days ago I found and got rid of a nest. I hope I’m making some progress

Every year at this time I am reminded of the virtue of patience, the clock in my basement workshop is now correct again.

That’s an interesting thought. Do you need a cache container that looks like non-functioning digital clock radio?

A nano could be put in the battery compartment on the bottom or I suppose just a little baggy and log as there is nothing waterproof about this thing.
