That’s a nice place! Great atmosphere! Good place for an early morning Meet ‘N’ Greet!
The maple bacon long john actually had a strip of bacon on top. Different…
The supply of gold WGA 10th Anniversary geocoin is almost sold out. There are several of the silver ones left. Also some 2011 geocoins, too.
If you would like some coins, contact any BOD, if the WGA Store is closed. We will do our best to get them to you!Watch for the WGA “Fire Sale” in the coming monthes, too!
Thanks, sandlanders, for volunteering to pack ‘n’ mail the coins! 😀
Mr. -cheeto- should be posting anyday! Thanks for your help, Muggle B!
We had discussed dividing the TBs into different groups, then dropping them in TB Hotels somewhere in Wisconsin; hopefully, 4 different areas.
Not sure if that was still intended or not.If there is web access at the Picnic, can we register them there? I ordered 1 from the WGA Store. Guess I should find something to attach to it!
Congrats on 4k, and thanks for all your hides, too! 😀
How strange…
I just received correct answers on our 1 EC, but no one has visited in a month!
Correct answers and no “Found it” log? 😕
It’s better to rant here than to someone you may be living with or related to! That’s what these Forums are for. Sharing with people who know your pain.
I basically ignore the “trade even on Trackables” request by COs. Trackables are meant to MOVE, not to be swapped like swag. Groundspeak has even referenced that fact in their weekly buletin.
Of course, if I find a cache with alot of Trackables (5 or more), I don’t take them all, unless it is a TB prison. Another cacher and I rescued 12 Trackables that had been stuck in a 4/5 DT cache for over a year. We received several ‘thank yous’ from Trackable owners on that break out!We have several Trackables that are MIA. It’s an unfortunate part of the game.
I was sorry to see the Archive of this very memorable multi. It was the inspiration for our “The Expedition” cache which we placed last winter.
Feel free to eulogize this cache one last time!
I did this one as part of the LCG during deer hunting season. Just beat the snowstorm, and it only took 1 trip! I returned to the highpoint 1 1/2 years later, to share it with family. Half of them even made it to the top!
RIP, KVR-HILO!
Congrats! 😀
No pontoon boat = wet behind the ears!
Congrats on a fun 3K! 😀
Congrats! 😀
Sounds great, Mister Greenthumb! Thank you very much! 😀
Congrats! 😀
Like I said; it makes it interesting!
