WTG! Great pix and a watery adventure! 😀
Congrats! 😀
Can you smell 1K? 😉
The cache in Shorewood is the closest for you to Rescue. The rest are several hours north and west of Waukesha. But if you could pick up that geotrash in Shorewood, Mother Nature would smile upon you! 😀
Love the town! Have yet to cache there.
The Main Street was used in the film, “Field of Dreams”, when he travels back in time to find the Doc. Also, seeing a watergate (?) in the levee is different! Alot of history there!
I should buy one for my BOL, the plumber! They installed tracking devices in their vehicles, so he can’t bring the work truck over anymore…which cuts down on the inexpensive plumbing!
Always a big brother watching someone. 😕
Congrats on 24K! You’ll soon reach your goal!
(do you have a goal? 😉 )
WTG on 5K!! 😀
Army/Navy Surplus in Fond du Lac has top quality, but you’ll pay a bit more. We also have a cache placement on the property, and he has donated door prizes in the past.
Otherwise, FF in Appleton gets the 2nds.
My favorite log I’ve read, for coordinates being off, was” Cache must be missing. Our GPS is accurate to within .1 miles, so it’s probably gone.”
😯 😕
I have allowed DNFers to log a ‘Smilie” if they explain GZ and their attempt to find it. Some cachers feel like they just caught “the plague” if they mark a DNF! So I don’t mind rewarding them for doing the right thing.
Some do, others return later and SL. I’ve done both myself.I would like to thank the Acadamy, my family, my wife and kids, janks15; but mostly sagasu, who’s numeric appetite for numbers with identical digits caused me to log one of his hides for the momentous occasion. 😕
Congrats! 😀
We Archived our “South Park-Under Old Glory” nano, since a letterbox was placed in the base of the flagpole. Kept getting strange and conflicting logs!
That may be the same park that started this thread, since RtrezrsNHvn adopted ours there.Oh, well… 😕
Unfortunately, he was found deceased in Northern Illinois. Heard it on the 3 PM news. RIP…
I’ve posted “Found it” logs on caches I have adopted out and Events that we have hosted (for an accurate count on Attendance). For the Adopted out, I do Maintenance pre-Adoption, so I guess I found it then! 😀
