I have to agree with this one. If we don’t regulate ourselves someone out there will feel that they have to do it for us. Ofcourse nomatter what we do sooner or later someone out there will feel that they can regulate our group better than the people who play it.
Does anyone know why Madison decieded that they had to charge $10 to let us play in their parks?

Well my oldest is 3 and she looks at it all as a treasure hunt. She will say “let’s go tresure hunting daddy.” Right now treasure hunting is better than cartoons to her. As long as there is things to trade in the cache. Also for her the things found in the cache are better than the things bought at the stores. The other day I bought her a pin wheel at the store while I was shopping for tradables. We did not go hunting that day and she wanted a treasure bad. So I said that she had a treasure (the pinwheel). She said that it was a toy and not a treasure a treasure has to be found.

With everything going on this weekend I didn’t get the chance to go look for it. I did find two others with the family though.

Same goes for me. I will log a DNF anytime I give it a good try. You never know what could happen. I would rather know of a potential problem than have people mad at the cache and me.

Well with the cooler weather today I got the first stage done. I found that little bugger a good ways away from where I thought it should be. But the corordinates were right. Just goes to show you that you can out think yourself sometimes.

I would not say that it is getting me down. I would say that it is more of a sence of fustration. I will be out this weekend looking for it so check back on the 5th to see what happened. I will find it sooner or later.

How can everyone else find this starting cache but me? I just don’t understand this. It must be right under my nose but I can’t see it.

Wait you have to log a find first? I was trying to place it in a cache of mine. Maybe that is what I was doing wrong.

Oh I did take it home. I loged it as found and it was in my inventory for a bit. I just forgot to write down the number before I went out again to place it. See the help page for my problem.

Wait a minute. You mean to tell me that you all got together, 150 people, and had a meeting in about 35 minutes? That is amazing. I have gone to meetings where nothing was accomplished for 2hr and less than a dozen people were there. My hats off to you all.

Now their is a novel idea. Going geocaching instead of drinking. Is that even allowed in this state? I will have to remember that when I start traveling. I think that I will find alot more interesting places than a bar now.
