I’m pretty sure that permathin will work against mosquitoes too, but you’ll probably still want to use a DEET product on your skin since the permathin will only be on your clothes and the mosquitoes will probably go for the exposed skin before they land on your clothes.

Permathin will pretty much kill all insects (including any ‘good’ insects that will contact your clothes)
