I may be in the area and I may swing by. Karen of Pharmteam forwarded the email with the numbers (as of about a week ago) to cover such an eventuality.

Is the nomination page supposed to be showing those with a single nomination as well?
Yes, if they answer an email from me confirming that they wish to serve. Many are nominated, but these agreed to serve. Once they are on the single nomination list, the seconds come within minutes
Yes.
You’ll see that the voting ‘booth’ is/was built to support these voting mechanics.
Nominating tip:
Generally:
Don’t tick off the poll worker.Specifically:
When nominating, please fill in the specific person you are nominating. Don’t just name the team. One team may have several eligible members. If you don’t know the name, find out, or use something that identifys the individual such as ‘Ms WISearcher’.So far…
74 nominations have been made by 23 nominators.[This message has been edited by jthorson (edited 01-07-2005).]
Bogus Bear Tracks Found on Alaska Trails
Updated: Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005 – 9:53 PMFAIRBANKS, Alaska (AP) – Someone is putting the scare into people walking trails at Creamer’s Field in Fairbanks by laying down bogus bear tracks.
“It’s either a person or a circus bear with two left front feet walking on its hands,” said state wildlife biologist Harry Reynolds. “There are no hind tracks.”
The tracks feature a foot pad, toes and claws that stretch out 3 inches from the toes. Reynolds said it’s either a boot or some little attachment someone is putting on a boot.

Thats it, I’m not caching north of Portage.
Just to save the poll workers (meaning me) some time and effort, jthorson and The Lil Otter, current board members, are not standing for re-election this year. We are honored by your nominations.

BnB’s message prompted me to get my thoughts together.
The following are the considerations I’ll use when voting for a campsite.
Consideration #1.
All the current board members live in what is being called SE Wisconsin. I will vote for a campsite outside of that area if there is an identified volunteer committee that will handle the bulk of the visits, hides and arrangements at the site. Without this committee, responsibility falls on the board and the logistics would be near impossible having a site outside of the south.Note that board elections are coming in January. Up-North candidates need to nominated and voted for. This could go a long way to solving this problem.
Consideration #2.
Basic accommodations and sufficient camp spots.Consideration #3.
I’ll favor a new place over a previous camp/picnic location. The board wants to find a location ASAP.

and choose secrets! You can do the two puzzles…..I would love to know if any of you enjoy the quest as much as we did.
I started and finished the first one tonight. Good thing I had long distance minutes . I’ll do the next tomorrow.
I just finished reading the Da Vinci Code (DVC). At the time of the original thread, last February, I put a hold on it at the library. It took this long to get a copy — a large print copy at that.
The story is a log of a 5/1.5 multiple. Aside from the hero picking up a girl-friend along the way, it was just like caching.
I’m 30 pages into Angels and Demons, the prequel to DVC. I also see there are 4 caches world-wide that use DVC as a theme, maybe more soon.
