I agree with the difficulty and terrain being based on this hide itself. In the cache description, you can list that you need to find the other two caches.

I feel the same as Gary does. I do feel that if we get spread to thin, that it will do more harm than it does good. I think that it would be properly discussed, and acted upon if/when a shift in the sport were to happen.

I think it is great that Reviewers are on the board. With this being the case, if/when rules are changed from Groundspeak, the Reviewers can let the WGA Know what is going on.
