Go to the Trip Computer page on your Legend. Use the thumb stick to highlight the Options Menu on-screen button, and press it in to display the Options Menu.
Use the menu to choose “Delete all waypoints”. Instructions here: http://www.garmin.com/manuals/eTrexLegend_OwnersManual.pdf
When you consider that it was held at the end of a long day of geocaching and people were ready for dinner, we know we have to respect people’s time. That’s why we try to keep the meeting short and to the point. (However, we never claimed that we accomplished anything. )

Well I’ll be. I hadn’t noticed. Neither did any of the other board members because we all proofed it. I guess the shirts just became more valuable because of the error. At least that’s what happens when coins and postage stamps have errors.

Yup, I’ll get the minutes of the meeting typed and posted this week, hopefully.
Here’s a JPG of the article on geocaching that ran in the northshore version of the April issue of M Magazine. It’s hard to tell in this JPG, but I’m holding my GPRS and standing at ground zero for my Pike Powder Hike cache.
I didn’t see other versions that were supposed to feature other geocachers (west suburbs, Milwaukee metro, etc.). Anyone else see them?

Tent of course.

Welcome to the Honeybunnies. Thanks for posting your notes here.
I sent out email assignments last night to all those who signed up for group camp sites. If you didn’t receive your site assignment (either site #1 or #2), let me know.
Very cool. I didn’t realize the school group connection with the event.
I have an autographed copy given to the WGA by Jeremy Irish. We plan to use it (as well as other Groundspeak swag) as a door prize or auction item at the WGA summer picnic.
I watched most of the show. After awhile I couldn’t stand it because it was so hokey. Bad acting. Flimsy plot. The geocaching connection seemed like a ploy to get geocachers to watch. The plot had very little to do with geocaching. Other than those weaknesses, I thought it was pretty good.

Ken if you still have this, i’ll buy it from you at the campout. Just think of the nifty caches one could make with a chainsaw.
Cathunter, you still want this? (I just remembered I’m supposed to bring it to the campout.)

I know everyone is focused on the campout right now. But I am looking at making camping reservations for the summer and would hate to have something conflict with the picnic. Can anyone enlighten me as to when the picnic might be? Thanks.
A date hasn’t yet been selected, but if you look back at the past WGA picnics you’ll see they’ve all been in late August.

Just bumping this. I was remembereing that this was coming up soon, so I checked this topic to re-find the name of the show and the time it will be on.
I’m working with the DNR to design the page and write the text that will appear on it. The “ideal” photo will show parents with kids, someone is holding a GPSR, someone is examining the contents of a geocache, their faces are all clearly visible with happy smiles, and they are all standing or kneeling in a Wisconsin state park.
