I don’t quite understand it yet but I’ll give it a go. Looks like fun! Will all the caches be in the Northern Kettle Moraine area?

I’m going to miss the cold weather too. Although we’re looking forward to warm weather activities, geocaching in cold/cool weather is great. One reason we logged a lot of caches this winter is because we were willing to hunt on cold days. Now that warmer weather is here, I expect other cachers to leave us in their dust in terms of cache hunting activity.

I take back what I said about your grammer. You correctly used “you’re” instead of “your”. I’m impressed!

I just read the article and went to the computer to post about it, then saw that Jeremy beat me to it. Hey, Stanley knows a good thing when he see it! One of the other writers wrote about hiking the trails at Devils Lake. Maybe the article will encourage a first finder to go to our Devils Lake Revisited cache.

I hope you don’t skip grammer class.

    Just teasing!

We were able to goof off this afternoon and find some caches. Beautiful day.

Sounds like a good idea. We can copy it also if anyone knows when it will be on next.

Congratulations! We’re proud to be the creators of your first two cache finds. It’s probably a good thing you didn’t keep track of the miles driven in pursuit of caches. You might not want to know.

Grouse Tales, you posted your reply one day too early. Today is the actual day for that.
And Jeremy, yes, I’ve seen all manner of junk in caches from condoms to feminine products to cigarettes. Someone even put a sausage in one of our plastic containers once. Needless to say, it was soon scattered across the landscape by ravenous critters.

Toss ’em. They were obviously put there by someone who didn’t think ahead and came unprepared to trade any items, so they dug into their purse or pack or whatever they were carrying. Tacky.

We understand and have no problem with you dissing our Rustic Roads cache. (Just kidding!) To each his own. In fact, we have elected not to post caches that we found that don’t meet our standards… for example LPS008 because it’s simply a matter of pulling into a parking area in the city next to a commercial establishment. Even though you do have to enter coordinates to find it, we decided not to claim it as a find. But as you say, whatever people want to do. To each his own.
There’s even a cache called Radio K.A.O.S that you can do without leaving your computer. Jeremy Irish has allowed this cache to be posted and more than 200 people have already done it, so we think it’s fine, even though you don’t need to enter coordinates to find it.

We had a meeting in Wauwatosa today and decided to hit a few in the area afterwards. Good thing I had my new rubber boots from Sherpers along! Mud everywhere. A nice day for us too.

Yup. Saw it earlier when we looked at the site. Nice tall wall. Canoe and camping stuff too. How are their prices?
