Geocacher Clayjar has posted this list:

Lake Delton video:
I used to have a cache on an island in the Mississippi River but had to remove it after the rule came out about no caches in the wildlife refuge. 😥 More about the rule is in this forum topic:
http://forums.groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=58943Ralph,
Unfortunately I’m not available the previous or following weekend, so that wouldn’t work.In the past I have suggested Camp Erin (owned by my employer, Quad/Graphics) as a possible campout location. This is a private park in the Holy Hill area northwest of Milwaukee. Some of us who were on the WGA board a few years ago met there to scout it for the campout , but it was not selected for the campout because, as I recall, some board members didn’t like the condition of the privvies near the campsites. However, it might make a good picnic location. It’s 325 mostly wooded acres and has a very nice modern lodge building with full kitchen, bathrooms, etc. There is also a volleyball court, horseshoes, fishing pond. I checked the schedule and it’s not available on Sept. 13, but it is available on Sunday Sept. 14. I know some of our leaders favor a Saturday picnic, but if there’s any flexibility with that, Camp Erin might work. I’m just offering it as an option if other locations are not panning out.
Different reviewers have different ways they like to handle requests to determine if caches are adequately spaced from others. As I wrote in my blog, I prefer to have geocachers create a cache page and include a reviewer note that the cache is not yet placed. This is especially helpful to geocachers who want to create multis or mystery/puzzle caches and need to create waypoints or a puzzle that list the digits for the final, which can be a lot of work and requires a reasonable expectation that their new cache waypoints and final will pass muster. I always check for reviewer notes before publishing a cache, so this works out fine for me. However, I don’t review caches in Wisconsin, so if you’re placing one in Wisconsin, you’re better off following the wishes of your Wisconsin reviewers.

Is it all wrong? Yep. Does it suck? Yep. Does it matter if it sucks and it’s wrong? Nope. It’s the culture we’ve created for ourselves.
Looks like you and I will have to agree to disagree on this issue. I can’t control culture. What I can create and control are my own actions.
Why not just tell ’em that you’re geocaching? If the police do get involved, it doesn’t help when it comes out that you lied. Better yet, continue to avoid playground geocaches.
My 2 cents, anyway. :Here’s a high-speed, low resolution version of the video I shot with my little GoProCamera as the group gathered for its photo. 😀

Yup, I have a GoPro Digital Hero. I use Windows Movie Maker for editing, which is a free download on the Microsoft site. I’m bringing it to the WGA campout this weekend and will have it on the handlebar of my mountain bike part of the time. See my latest kayaking video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtkWuztBrUk

100% chance of weather this weekend.
Jeff, that’s why we look to you for your sage advice and wisdom. 😀
As a former newspaper reporter and editor, I’ll say that although your heart was in the right place, you provided TMI to this reporter and overwhelmed him. Short and sweet. That’s my creedo.
😀 Actually what I meant was just because one person will win gas money, that doesn’t take away the excuse of high gas prices for everyone. Nevermind. My joke(observation) wasn’t that good anyway.
