Also you can use the State form only but you must send to Fond du Lac parks and land.
I think that the “flower bed” was the one by the WB Police Dept. Thats not a county park. I have a bunce of caches now placed with the new form. Since this is under the DNR and Washington County Use the county form. I asked Jason Quast of the DNR Northern Unit and he said that thats fine. You gotta love county government!

I wish I could tell you it is ok to geocash on WisDOT r/w. Unfortunately those who told you geo-caching is not allowed are correct.
In response to your other question distances from centerline to the r/w line vary along the length state/federal highway road corridors.
State and federal road r/w lines may be marked with yellow posts or signs demarking the r/w. Anything on the private property side of those lines, drawn from sign to sign would require permission from the individual property owner. Once in a while these posts are missing. Plat sheets for the highway will indicate where the lines are drawn. County offices is a good local source for this info if you need it otherwise region WisDOT offices can provide you with plats of the roads.

Is there a Statue listed anywhere on the books that cacher’s can go by? Like so far from C/L of road etc? I know that each local town and or county don’t have to much of a problem. Would this also be one of the reasons that we can’t put cache’s at rest stops etc?
On the side of road in a guard rail 10 – 12 Ft from road.

😀 When we started caching we noticed all the caches planted by you guys. Then seen your ongoing totals. WOW! We felt it an honer to finely have meed you at the Cach Bash last summer. Again congrats and looking forward to celabrate with you on the 13th of Feb. 😀
