Depending when we get up that way and if I can convince Mrs Hippie to let me out to play I’d join up. We’ll see.

Drumroll please!! ….. Winners have been calculated, retabulated, recounted, the chads are unhung and now I give you: Noah Isaac Collingbourn huffinpuffin2 Hopp!

Wait a minute, that can’t be right (after investigation it appears that the last entry was about 6 hours after deadline) 😀

Date: The cheeze takes it by almost a month, although I have it on good authority that his guess nearly cost him his life 😯

Name: froggerz must have been hopping up to peek in the nursery window, good job. Honorable mention to mrs sl with Logan, which was my choice but I got outvoted by the boss 🙁

Boys weight: In our final category there was a split between BigJim & Mrs SL. They both were within 3 oz of birth weight.

Thanks everyone for playing, I ha fun with it and have a beautiful boy as my prize. Winners let me know what you would like, I’ve got 2010 WGA coins, pathtags, containers.

Hurray!! Our coins have been found in Michigan. They were picked up on accident by a geocaching team we had been chatting with. We should be getting our coins and the rest of the contents of our swag bag on Wednesday.

Thats awesome, kind of gives me hope for people after all! 😀

Doesn’t live draft works the same as auto draft except that the ones who are available to make it gets to select in person, the others go from what they have qued in their pre-draft rankings?

    Yeah, that sounds right.

A midnight draft would actually work for me as all the lil hippie & mrs hippie should be sleeping. 😆

Congrats guys, sorry we didn’t get a chance to see you at the bash. I guess I know you I’m bothering when I get stuck on a puzzle. 😉

I preferred last year’s blaze orange, makes it easier to find the kiddos in the woods! 😉

    in reply to: Challenges #1952047

I did see one challenge I liked, it involved taking a picture of your butt to show the frog what you thought of the new challenges.

Appears to have been archived already, go figure. 😉

Not sure why they didn’t do the challenges like BM, show up on your list but not in your find count.

    in reply to: Challenges #1951969

I love doing ‘Challenge’ caches, but these new challenges…meh. I’ll check them out but I don’t have high hopes going in.

in reply to: Super-Great, or Greatest Ever? #1951632

    Greatest ever – hands down!

I didn’t think I’d be able to attend until the last minute when the wife said let’s go. Even being 41 weeks pregnant we cached through Pike Lake and ended up with 11 smileys for the day.

“how do some of you handle days with lots of caches to log?”

I keep a small spiral notebook and I make some kind of unique note about each cache and at least I can log them in the order that we found them. I hate to have to log a cache that I don’t remember anything about.

I make my notes on my iphone, plus it keeps them in order for me. Then it usually takes me a week to catch up on my backlog. 😳
