I will ask the Chamber tomorrow at our meeting if we can get some sort of a sign for a “trading area” for those with Pathtags, what do you think? I find it hard to find people who want to trade. I have a new one too!

I love this idea, last year I think I managed to find 1 person with tags. Hoping to do better this year. 😀

Any milestone is a good one as long as you are having fun, congratulations on 600!

I’ll have my tags with me, would love to trade.

Welcome from Madison, I’d recommend visiting the event if you can. I went last year right after starting and made a lot of caching friends from across the state. Caching with the kids is a blast and a great way to spend time together. Hope to see you around sometime!

Congrats on another milestone, glad I finally got a chance to meet you guys at the Star Wars Social.

Congrats on the 2K, looking forward to running into you again out caching along the way to the next thousand!

Feel free to put me to work if I make it, but I don’t want to commit to anything since I’ll have the wife and newborn that I have to take care of. 😉

    Congrats on the 7K!

Congrats on the 7K! It’s been a pleasure getting to know you over the last year.

CITO kit – although if people wouldn’t poke holes in the lid I’d be more inclined since it would become a new cache after my CITO.

I like to trade for personal swag items, pathtags, wooden nickels etc. although I’m always a little bummed when I drop one of my tags and it doesn’t get logged.

Yup, summer is definitely our least favorite season for caching, other than paddle caching!

True, winter = no muggles & no ticks. Pretty fair trade for cold fingers in my book. My wife warned me that only about 50% of cases show the ‘bullseye’ rash.

Sometimes you even get to play with them.

Shouldn’t play with things that consider you food! 😆 8) 😈

The boys usually get the better tick check after an adventure, but so far this year I’ve only found 1 on Liam. My count is up to about a dozen, including 1 little deer tick that broke off in my neck. I’m fine so far so not too worried.

If you do end up with an embedded tick and you are worried about it, just call your doctor and lie about how long it’s been in to get doxycycline. Tell them at least 2 days.

    Watching this with interest.

Me too, more lonelies = more fun for us since most of my favorite caches/adventures have been on LCG runs. Of course, maybe I just like multis. 😯

The local government is likely sick and tired of hearing from this person already….the choice to change it as a regular cache is yours…but letting folks like this get there way is what is wrong with this country.

Couldn’t have said it better. The public access means that anyone that wants to search for the cache can visit the land. If I bring a picnic to the park to I have to share with anyone that stops by and wants a bite?
