Welcome Ryan. I am in Appleton. There are a lot of good caches to be found around these parts. This is a good place to connect and ask questions! We are all here to help!

Can you believe it??? It finally got published today…GC1VRZM…it would have been 5 years in July that I first pursued a cache placement here. Last week, I got “the word”. It’s gotta be a record!!! :bartrod:

In an actual building that is a library or in one of those cute little libraries people put in their front yard?

We may have an opportunity to hunt caches on Manhatten Island, New York, right downtown, in the near future. Being country people, we are used to having GPSr probs with tree cover. But we’ve been told that reception can be even worse in da big city – skyscrapers, steel structures etc.
Anybody have any knowledge to share about caching issues in NYC? Or suggestions on “don’t miss” caches?
Thanks a lot. cYa, Chris & Jim
When are you going? I have been there a couple of times. I can look up caches I did.
I googled mapped a lot so I could see where the cache was located. GPS was next to useless….

I plan on biking the Omaha Trail from Elroy to Camp Douglas on April 5th. Right now I going solo, just wondering if anyone would like to meet up and cache as a team for the day. I plan on hitting the trail right at sunrise since daylight will be short. Let me know if youΓ’β¬β’re interested in teaming up.
My bike does not have snow tires. π π π π

Way to go! That’s an awesome milestone. Not only have you found a LOT – you’ve hidden a LOT! Keep on caching! Congrats.

Thanks for the update Team Deejay! And thanks also for including the magic date! Every once in awhile there is one I think should be on that isn’t it and knowing what the cutoff date is answers the question before I even have to ask!

Hey…that was just the pot calling the kettle black. My house did not get cleaned yesterday due to my obsession with TL.

I will NOT even look at that today. I have a list of things I need to do that I did NOT do yesterday because Twisted Limbs sucked the life right out of me. We may need a support group here….TLA….
