OK… I got my Palm TX ordered… it’ll be here on Monday, I guess the only question that I have now is, can anyone suggest a Bluetooth GPS Receiver that is compatable with the TX? I see there are quite a few out there. Is any one any better than the others? I’m not really familiar with that Bluetooth thing…. we just got gravity in Rushford last week. 😀
Dr. Bigstick from down your way gave me a hint about this cache…. you don’t necessarily have to canoe to this cache. I personally hiked to it, but I also hit it in the winter time. I couldn’t imagine hiking to it now.
Way to go. You are a Geo-God Ralph. You have an open invitation to do some caching over in my small part of SE Minnesota. There are only two KB caches in all of Fillmore County 😛 .
p.s. Thanks again for sharing your provisions with us Saturday night. Made for a great ending to a spectacular day.
Let’s see…. $10 for the park pass, $8 for dinner at Culvers, $35 to get that Cougar to Eau Claire.
You can let Brown County know that back before I instituted my Boycot of their county, I averaged about $70 per trip out that way.
Thanks for the pat on the back Anne. Looking forward to having you there when I get my Double Silver Ammo Can!! Saturday was so much fun!
You can count me in for the Bling trade. I have a new ‘Crikey’ Bling (Steve Irwin Tribute) that I’d be willing to part with. I’ll be there EARLY Saturday morning.
You know Sagasu, if you are ever down my way, and decide to hit any of my caches, it’ll definately Kick Start Your Heart!
How about one of those magnetic Blings like Robin has, but instead of the little dog tag being in the centre, the coin could look like Wisconsin and in the centre could be a little ammo box that’s attached magnetically to the state. Does that make any sense?
If I ever had the opportunity, I’d love to cache with Bushwacking Queen…. Why you may ask. If you look at my legs and see all my geo-stripes, the reason should be fairly obvious. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line… through the buck thorn! 😀
Thank you Miss Devil for actually admitting to knowing the infamous Caching Monkey of Rushford Minnesota. 😆 I never met a cacher with a halo that I liked, but when she has pitch fork and horns, I’m in caching heaven!!
I’m just having some fun here!! I was actually part of the Minnesota Crew that went after the G cache last fall. I know Miss Devil personally and I know that she likes the light hearted jab that I gave her. It’s just a game right? 😀
Dearest Miss Devil,
I understand that there is a cache in Redwood Falls that is supose to be very difficult, I forget what it is called exactly, I think it starts with a G. There is supose to be a high route and a low route. It usually requires camping over night at ground zero. Do you know which one I’m talking about? I’ve heard that it is supose to be the most difficult cache in the state of Minnesota. Has anyone ever thought of organizing an Event to go after this devilishly hard cache 😀 ?I’m the infamous one from across the River. I knew you guys were hard core after hitting Crooked Creek and Bismarck’s Cache in Reno in the dark.
Another hard core cacher hitting a milestone!!! Good job!
Park Hours?? What are those? 😕
