How cool, may try to attend if I am not resting up for the you-know-what this weekend! 🙄
Joey, I see you will be at the Cache Ba$h! I would love to meet you and show you what I mean. I will be around as one of the event hosts. I will probably be wearing a pair of brown shorts and a fall multi-colored top! They will also be having a geocaching seminar where you could find many other cachers to help you if you can’t find me! Happy to help! 😀
I enjoyed watching it! I think you walked through poison ivy around 2:13 though – 😯 I would also comment that you may find it easier to find the caches if you use your compass on your GPS. When you were scrolling through looking for accuracy, I thought I saw one on your GPS. If the compass screen is up, the arrow should just point to which way you need to walk and count down footage as well. It was hard to tell, but the screen you looked like you were using was possibly for tracking? ❓ Anyway, thanks for sharing!
😀 oooh I totally agree with Waiting – how could I forget that one! That is one of my all time favorites and the goodie at the end is really something special! 😀
😆 😆 LOL – you think this is bad – wait until Sunday morning after the Cache Bash… that is why I think I am going to go find them another time!
I would recommend for people who don’t want to fight the crowds and feel that their odds of winning a prize (somewhere around 1 in 50,000 – that is if everyone gets 50) 😯 and feels that it is just are not worth the wait – to get last year’s caches or many of the other ones in the area. This year’s caches are spaced out a bit farther, but there will probably still be lots of people going for them. You may want to plan your route accordingly and go out farthest first and and work your way back towards command central at Regner later. For instance, you could do the rat series on the Eisenbahn for a nice walk or the rainbow egg series which is also a great hike on the Ice Age Trail. Perhaps start in the middle as newer teams are going to probably go for the closest first if planning a route. Just a few suggestions for those with maybe small kids who don’t necessarily want to get all 50, but just have fun – go for last year’s – many of them are still up and running and doing just fine. I checked on all of mine last week! 😛
Oh and don’t forget your trade and swag items. Caches will start out with some swag, but we are counting on cachers to make it interesting and bring their stuff along too.
😀 Well I am totally tickled to see some of mine on this – 😀 Just an update since I have It’s all About The Trees on my watchlist, this one may have been recently muggled so if you are planning on finding it, you may want to check the cache page first or contact the owner.

Sniff, sniff that brought a tear to my eye. The cruelty of it, those poor defenseless caches… oh the inhumanity!!!! Excuse me, I need a tissue.. 🙁
Thank you!
Thanks! Anybody also know of a dog friendly hotel/s?
😀 WELCOME! As you know, geocaching is fun and addictive way to spend your free time! Enjoy!
I usually read them as I log them. I have them in a PQ before I go out and unless I am stuck, I don’t really read them until I get home.
Anybody having trouble today? Cripes the weather is fantastic and I can’t get on GC.com to get a PQ run. 😡
