Okay… I got the picture to post here yesterday and now it is gone 😥 I guess I will have to ask someone to help me post it, otherwise my post above makes no sense at all. 😳 😯
I wondered too, how the cache pages would print with all those pictures on there, would take up even more ink! ❓
I beg to differ with you EnergySaver, 🙂 when I looked at several cache pages today, there were small versions of the pictures on them. You could then click on them and it would go to the fade screen with a bigger one. Unless it has changed since this morning, it was that way. I liked it! Ok, I looked now and it is different – I swear you could see the pictures this morning! Maybe it is a bug they are working on… 🙄 😛
Here is a start of an idea. Note the GPS around her neck. “Mooving around Wisconsin geocaching.” “Where are all the “udder” caches.” More of a humerous take on the coin than the other beautiful designs which are a little more serious, but I guess that is just me.

I like how the pictures actually show up right away on the cache page, I wonder how that will affect printing them??? I also agree about the big red check mark – good idea! If I ask someone to be my friend, where does it show up? Anybody know?
doggles – dogs who are with their muggle owners
teenuggles – obnoxious teens who don’t move out of the way for me to get to the cache
buggles – kids who come over and “bug” me asking what I am doingtrail snakes – nasty little piles that owners of doggles leave on the trails and don’t pick up.
I agree, a muggler sounds like somebody who would resemble the hamburgler only in real life – a real shady character with a bunch of moldly tupperware hidden under his trenchcoat! 😈
Just a few of ours… 😆
You can save a bit of ink if you print them on PDF format as well (available on the cache page). I still use my Palm Pilot, but if it is a multi-cache or puzzle cache, it is hard sometimes to read the Palm “in the field” and easier to have the paper with me. Just remember to decrypt the hint prior to printing in PDF format from the cache page. On occasion, I have found that certain things print a little weird with the PDF format, but for the most part it is worth it to save the ink!
Thanks Tye, I tried to do that, but it did not work 🙁 It says the web site does not support that format. Oh well, I think people get the idea. I will try to e-mail it as an attachment to the OP. Thanks for trying to help though! 😆
I have the picture saved in my documents folder, but I can’t figure out how to post it here. Any help appreciated… 😳
Okay, I have an idea, but I could not draw it. It is a picture of a cow – it is in the Microsoft Office Clip art, standing sideways with a very cute look on her face. I thought you could change her spots into shapes that represent Wisconsin and geocaching. Remember those magazines when we were kids that you looked at the picture and tried to find all the hidden designs in them? I think it was called Highlights magazine. Anyhow the cow would be a shaped coin. Shapes like a bird, fish, cheese wedge, boat all hidden as her “spots” or if it was a round coin, then in the background hidden in trees, etc… around her would be different shapes. The idea being trying to find the hidden things in the picture, kind of like trying to find hidden caches… 🙂
EVERYBODY has plastic bags in their bag (suffocation 😯 ), some parts of a pine tree are edible – NOT (hey it killed that nature guy that used to eat trees and stuff) – how about a pine cone? By watching the travel channel constantly and seeing tribes out in the jungle they use bark to make all kinds of nasty things = poison! I would love to do your cache when done. Often times when Mr. MagOO offers to take a “short cut” through the woods, I am ready to kill him = ha! (last weekend he got us “stuck” in the middle of the Jackson swamp – about .15 from the trail)- 😡 🙄
They are going to waste more time and money on hiring someone to handle the paperwork, checking on caches, etc.. than to just leave well enough alone. If they are aware of these, then don’t they legally assume responsibility as well if someone should happen to get hurt from finding one? ❓ I think they may just be opening themselves up for liability, but I could be wrong. I will send a nice e-mail myself, but hope this is not a trend we will see with other areas.
Yes! Love the cheese and I think it is really cute how the pictures are kinda peaking out of the back. If it is a fish, it needs to be a little more “unwhalelike” if you ask me! OR how about the state flower or bird, cow, etc… they already have a lake picture on there with the boat.
I like it, but what is the shape on the blue triangle by the WI part? Looks like a whale, have not seen any whales – well not yet anyways in WI or am I looking at it wrong? ❓ 😳 ❓
You all do a great job with reviewing, and I also appreciate all the time and effort all of you put into it to make this fun for everyone! Thanks for volunteering your time and good luck on getting started Wis-Kid! 😀
