😀 Great idea! I can think of 2 that would qualify!
😆
😯 Ok, that is just amazing. A laminated copy is going in my geobag TODAY! THank you so much for doing that. We should pass these out at the next GEO function for everyone!
😀 I absolutely agree with you! Geocachers are great folks. I was really worried today that my face was going to be a disaster! I felt so much better when I got that quick reply and I am glad to see the question/information helped out other cachers as well!

YA HOO! That is it! I just got back from the store and bought some kind of face scrub and now I look like this 😳 but at least I don’t have a rash. So you are saying that the V-creeper does not have any allergic oils and is okay? I see tons of it and am always trying to step over it, etc… if it is not a toxic plant I am sure going to be happy and have more fun caching! Thanks so much for the info.
That is one of the funnest parts for me of this whole thing, love to read what people write. Unless of course they get hurt at one of my caches which just happened, then I get upset! 🙁
I could not agree more. I stock my new caches with good stuff, go back even just a few weeks later and most of it is gone with NOTHING to replace it. I am getting an idea by who visits them first who the people are that are taking stuff and not putting ANYTHING in at all. I just don’t understand that mindset, if they have fun finding stuff, they should do the same for the next player. I always put in more than I take or even restock mostly empty caches with my own stuff. Anybody who has followed me on a caching route has probably noticed several items I have put in some caches. I discovered last night that my whole cache went missing – I suspect they wanted the nice ammo box I bought at the WGA picnic…. I am getting a bit bummed and I am probably going to stop placing caches altogether and/or archive some. 🙁
😀 My neighbor and I – the Fugowies team, were FTF on this new cache! We figured out the puzzle in the car and initially had the coordinates wrong and were crawling around on the ground in the dark! YIKES. Finally found it where I would not have expected it – I think it will be discovered by noncachers there… It was one of the most fun and stressful I have done – we felt like we were on Treasure Hunter’s trying to figure out the clues before someone else pulled in and got it first. Thanks to Mr. MagOO for minding the computer at home and giving us some of the answers over the cell to get the coordinates! 😀
Soooo would this keep track of my stats rather than logging them onto GC.com or does it hook up with that? (technodummy here) With all the mudslinging and tallywackers over there arguing about stats, I would prefer to keep mine private and would not mind getting them of the GC.com web page altogether. 🙄 Thanks!
ARRR a pirate theme eigh? Then ye best come to this neck o’ the woods and check out me Shipwreck to Fantasy Island ya scurvy dog… 😆Okay it is http://www.gpscity.com where they sell it.
I have also been following this closely since buying my 76CSX. Nav 8 was going to be released May 31st, went to the web site today, now not until June 14th. I have the web site bookmarked at work, and will post tomorrow.
The new web page looks great! Good job everyone!

Hey, how do I go from being a “friend” to a member? 😕
I heard today that the new version of City Navigator – 8, is being sent out to stores right now and will be available within the next 10 days to two weeks. I am waiting…
“ARGH – I know it’s here somewhere…”Figures, just bought my 76CSX on Thursday 😛 Guess I will be returning it and rebuying. I like it, very excellent satellite coverage. Literally grabs satellites almost the moment you turn it on. Loved it this past weekend in all the trees at the WGA campout. It is larger than the 60, but I did not particular mind that factor myself.
