LEUThanks Chad for letting me use your canoe. I’ll be there with Philippe aka “Les Blonds”, my brother-in-law from Paris. I appreciate everyone willingness to start at 7am since Philippe flies back to Paris Sunday late afternoon. We wouldn’t want him to miss his plane now would we??? 🙂
Also, does anyone have a couple spare adult size life jackets for us to use? Please email me via geocaching.com. Thank you in advance…
PS: Any recommendation for dress code for this adventure??? RS40 or Mathman can maybe tell us since they’ve been there b4.
We gonna have a BLAST!!!

When Van’s Clan cordially invite the LEU crew to ride over with them, we couldn’t resist and made the necessary arrangements to move things around so we could attend. As mentioned, I had both my 8-year old Natalie and my 5-year old Eden with me and they had a fabulous time. They loved all the activities….. Natalie is the girl that ended up assisting the entertainer and had so much fun and Eden loved watching her big sister be part of the show. Of course, they loved KB’s big CAKE!!!!! I was skeptical about being to complete 20 some caches with Eden, being only 5 but she trekked along just fine for being up since 5am. Van’s Clan was so great with my kids and even carried Eden on his shoulders in between caches. Thanks Dale!!!! Surprisingly, we left at around 6pm and they didn’t fall asleep until about 7:30pm. They were 2 wired from all the excitement that day!!!!
Thanks again to all the organizers for this great event. I’m glad that several WI cachers made the trip to help this event go MEGA. Now, let’s do it in Wisconsin. Happy Caching Everyone!!!!! LEU
BTW, I brought back with me a nice Minnesota deer tick that crawled up my leg and bit me in my groin area. Had 2 go 2 the doctor after the head stayed in and got a small bull eye around the bite by Sunday. Test came back negative for Lyme, thank god!!!! TFTExcitment!!!
It’s been on and off 4 me. Never received notification on GMO’s latest hide yesterday or owner’s notifications last week. And now, Geocaching.com won’t come up for the past 15 minutes ???
All you need to do is download the Explorer 8.0 version and is should work. I had called Garmin on the same issue and that’s what they told me to do. I’m once again able to download coords directly into my GPS. Not sure if this was discussed b4??
WTG T.E. FELICITATIONS!!!!!
Hope 2 c u back in Wausau soon. CITO on 5/2????
LEUCan’t wait!!!!!!!! This will be a a total BLAST. The kids are pumped and so is Dad. A HUGE “THANK YOU” in advance for all the people involved for organizing this event. We’ll c u on 8/14

Mr. TBC told me a while ago about the WGA and to check it out so I did and joined last week. What an awesome site and ressource for any Geocacher in WI. I really hadn’t had time to even look at it until I received an email from Mr. TBC to check out this link. WOW…… A big “THANK YOU” to Jim & Cathy for acknowledging my 100th find and for everybody else for posting a message as well. That was really neat. I’m honored to be among a great group of people here at home in Wausau. Of course my love goes to my friends in Eagle River Team T.E.
Thanks again and Spring is only 9 days away!!!!!!!! 😛 On my way to 200 -
