I wonder if many people are actually interested in the length of logs *snip* So maybe those sections could be eliminated?

Hey! That’s the only stat that I was able to break into the top 10!

Well, dang!
Looks like things are going to be on hiatus until Dave can figure out how to reduce the server load. I hope he can – it was a great site!
As for getting the WGA involved – my initial reaction would be that if we did that, we would probably have to limit it to those registered here or something. Otherwise we would be quickly running into the same problems.

I loved finding this one last fall. The sign by the parking area itself was educational. Good Luck with your run! I still need lots of pages myself!
It’s a memorable one, especially if there is a stiff breeze out of the east raising the surf…
PM = private message. If you look up near the top of the page, you should see a red sentence that says you have a private message to click on. Do you see it there? It should be there. There’s also a link in the main menu to the left…
You know what, I have one or two left over that I can sell. I’ll PM you with details.

I would think 50 miles to the next closest artesian well is plenty far. Just look at all the artesian well earthcaches right around the Waukesha area (no offense to AuntieNae of course 😉 ).
They will be available for sale at the WGA campout if you are going.
Well, I don’t have approval yet, but after talking to Lb7 about it, I’m going to submit one for the kettle in Lapham Peak.
I’m also going to work on one in Blue Mound SP this spring. With luck I might just have it going before the WGA event in May. No promises though.
Just thought I’d throw that out there so you all knew what I was planning for this spring. 😀

He mentioned in one of his talks how he encouraged people to go off trail and explore the entire island.
Just watch out for the poison ivy which is rather abundant on some parts of the island….
That “G” logo isn’t part of geocaching.com’s intellectual property. It is a commonly used royalty-free logo created by somebody else.

I’m looking forward to using it too. I’ve got a bunch of ideas for more earthcaches and it will be great to get some “expert” input.

I think we’ll be camping though. Seems a waste of money to get one of those suites when we’ll have our son with. 😉
Yeah, probably. Though my kids would be thrilled to have their own private whirlpool in the room!
I stayed in the Jungle Safari room once. Ah, memories….
I recommend the Don Q Inn – virtually across the street from the park. It’s just one of those places everyone should experience at least once. Although its probably not the cheapest.
He always said he wanted to go out on top so I’m not surprised. Just glad his last season was so great.
I saw in play in person once. Seriously, I started to tear up a little when he ran out onto the field at Lambeau because I knew this was a special one-time thing for me. Then the Pack got creamed by …..*shudder*…… the Viqueens. Ugh.
