Dress in layers that you can remove and replace. Multiple thinner layers that you can put in your bag when you get too warm are better than heavy coats.

Don and I couldn’t get snowshoes so it’ll take us longer to hike to/from the caches. Hope that’s not a problem.

Usually, if you get a couple of people with snowshoes up front, the trail clears pretty quickly.
