A reviewer MIGHT let you get away with a few feet less than 528 because of a natural border nut not more than a few feet…they have rules to follow.

I try to bring my bike on my adventures whenever possible. Exercise and no gas = 😛

How hard can it be…I’m in first place 😉

I saw that you were playing. I’m glad there is some Wisconsin blood there.

Question 1: Why does Burlington have *2* Fire Departments?

Question 2: Why were they both closed? 😕

(Yes, we visited both of them… 😳 )

    😈

I want to thank LDove for getting us together for this event. Jeremy did an awesome job of SAFELY getting us between caches and thepharmgirl was a great navigator/runner. As a team we worked well together and took down 1st place of the 11 teams which attended. Thanks also to SammyClaws for putting a fire under our butts and getting us moving.

My favorite moment was in the park when were trying to figure out the clue to a multi…and must have looked half crazed to the other visitors…we asked some people hurriedly where the fire department was and without pause flew out of the park. What must they have thought?

Oh and to my team mates, thanks for letting me talk your ears off…I don’t get out much….well not with real people anyway 😉

…and LDove, we forgive you for pointing us to the firehouse….

As it is, we are strongly considering renting bikes in Mackinac instead of bringing our own. The cost may very well offset what it would have cost to run the bigger vehicle needed to haul them.

Agreed but I’m guessing they are on to that fact at the ol island and have likely raised the prices…surely the ferry costs more now.

    Echo….

I no longer leave the house for anything less than a handful of caches. I can’t afford the gas. Lately I’m doing power-trails and such. This is one of the reasons I have been looking for biking trails with caches on it. The more cache laden bike paths the better!

The kids are not coming along…one is allergic to chocolate and the other doesn’t eat candy of any kind…she’s an odd one.

To be respectful I do think we might want to ask if it’s too late to just go by Team ZigZag? I really do not wish to ruffle feathers by using the name of the competitions bar.

How about this, since I cannot speak for the rest of the team, between the two of us, loser buys the first beer. That goes great with nuts and LDove and I already are set for getting together for one already.

I’m afraid my wife is actually pretty ticked at me for doing this event without her (and the kids). I tried to explain that the stakes are too high to be dragging along the kids…She knows I’m a bit obsessive when it comes to competition but still she’s not entirely forgiving about my compulsion to play hard. So…I will be heading back pretty much as soon as they hand over the chocolaty goodness…..plus I’m not a beer drinker. Diet Coke, juice and water….that’s pretty much it.

See ya (in the rear view mirror) Sat.

So is it just at Bong or the whole Burlington area?
