And to answer your question, it normally takes no more than a day or two to get a cache listed if there is not a problem with the cachepage / location.

There is no “ownership”. What is the incentive to creating a challenge?
I have to go and do a search by location to even find my own challenge to read the logs. Too much trouble. I’ll probably never see it again.
If it gets completed or thumbs down or archived, it doesn’t matter to me. I don’t care about it at all… It’s not mine.
I’m in a similar situation with similar feelings.
