I believe when I signed up the contract said that I’d pay the same fee every year thereafter….or am I wrong?

And to answer your question, it normally takes no more than a day or two to get a cache listed if there is not a problem with the cachepage / location.
I’ll have 7 years come this Halloween.

Same here. I also have one but could care less what happens with it.
I find them as I did when they were introduced…..STUPID.
