Blah, blah.. Yackety smackety…. I’m keeping mine since I have no morals. I’m pure evil. My goal is to log one million event temps. That should crash the entire net. Then I can implement my plan to take over the world. Whaaaa Ha Haaaaa!! 😈 😈 😈

…A $20,000 stipend is not nearly enough compensation to be humiliated on national television….
I have been humiliated for far less….but I agree that is a small compensation.

Do I really have to say it?
It’s your game, play it how you like.
“Do you really have to say it?” Not really….but what would this thread be if no one stated that at least once…………
As strict as I may seem about my logging I to have a few questionable finds…in fact I’m tossing around letting people log one of my caches twice as there are two containers there…..
I totally agree though, log caches as you wish…..
I’m cool with that method so long as it is made clear on the cache page….at the very least stating it outright will save some people who’d be uncomfortable with such a feat a chance to save a bit of gas….would I attempt to find one like that, you bet (but then again I have never been known for my good common sense).

Yep — I did it. Took out over 100 temp cache logs. I left them as notes.

About 200 deleted for me….hey is that a can of worms in your hands djwini ?
Very Impressive!
You do know that each child born to a geocacher requires a mandatory cache placement right?
Congrats.
It was nice to meet you at Cram Island. Nice to see you made a stop at the boards.

This might be a good Christmas list item from one of your kids. You can pick one up at NewEgg.com for under $20. These things have gotten very cheap lately.
I picked up one (2gig) today from newegg for $24 but it included a USB adapter and two other adapters for using the card in larger devises.

The other subject I was not expecting was that geocaching attracts many people that have Obsessive-compulsive disorder issues. I guess that explains some of the participants that are really into the numbers, or making sure they get every cache in a given area, or being first to find.
Interesting. This is something I suspected about some geocachers I have met but I didn’t want to assume anything because I’m no expert in that field.
…guilty as charged.
I’m running 1 GIG which is enough for me to have about 45 states if memory serves….but that is with an old copy of Mapsource.
I’m thankful for my family and especially my two children which are the sparkle in my life.
I’m thankful for Geocaching as it saved me from putting on an extra 50 pounds when I was unable to ride my bike.
I’m thankful for being allowed to spam both here and at other forums.
Cheers
