When I started out I was all about getting my numbers up but as my numbers climbed I felt funny about logging temps particularly when the powers that be changed the wording of events to “Attended.” So about a year and a half ago I deleted all my temp finds. I had nearly 200 of them.

Admittedly I’m less tempted to go to events now that I no longer log temps…..

But don’t get me wrong, even though I disagree personally with the practice of logging temps I will (and do) defend the practice. But, as I said I wonder if the WGA’s membership is changing opinion on this matter and if so the leadership should access what that change is and act accordingly.

I seem to be seeing a change in opinion on this practice from where we were two or even one year ago…I wonder if it is time to revisit our policy of allowing temps to be logged at Official WGA events?

I just began the hunt for Terminator Sam and used this very cache ( gc10cwv ). But even though I drove like 50 miles each way for this one the location req that came up for me was….”Do a multi cache.” So that said perhaps rolling the dice will let you fare well…but maybe not. I’m a bit bummed that I had to drive so far only to have the second req be so blasted easy.
