…we always include a self-adressed stamped envelope for the return of the forms or copies thereof…
That is a very good idea…never thought of that. Perhaps that is one little thing we can do as geocachers to help out the parks folks.
In the end these are letters of notification….not permission. Submit it and go on with your day. If there is an issue they will contact you and let you know.
Just a note about Free WIFI spots…they are not secure and folks can access many of your accounts and manipulate your online accounts including Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, Twitter, etc… This is not a joke or misinformation there is a real program created to do just this and it’s a very easy thing to do…think carefully about connecting to free wifi.

…Another one was a nano attached to a small piece of gravel hidden in a landscaped area with similar gravel used as groundcover. This sort of hide is pretty much unacceptable anywhere except your own yard (due to expected damage to surrounding decorative plants and shrubs) and completely wrong in a cemetery.
Glad that one was disabled (August 25). Here’s a big thank you for that!
…It’s just about time to archive it as well as clearly the owner didn’t get permission yet. Here is a video about the Chirp…it’s dull but it does show how it works.
I have resubmitted chirp cache GC2H3TE .
We’ll see it this location works…@sweetlife wrote:
Will be watching for it, will be leaving tomorrow after work, and stayin the night in Milwaukee, hope its up by friday am
Unlikely…with the weather and a busy schedule it’s not likely gonna get placed before then….I really long for the days when one could place a cache anywhere and there was nearly zero chance of stumbling on a puzzle or stage of a multi…
I will post here if I get it out and approved before Friday….I’m thinking about placing it in Pewaukee now…

I have used it on all of the new caches that I have placed. It’s a handy place to keep track of info if it was a puzzle. I also put a note as to the type of container and how it’s hidden. This is a nice feature for me with over 200 caches placed. One of the better improvements on the website.
I had used the additional waypoints field for that information…though this is much more convenient.
Just wish it had a hide button….

Well you got one week, we will be going thru there next friday
I will have it in place by then….glad you weren’t popping through this weekend as now I’m too busy to get it moved. (darn proximity issues).
Submitted one an hour ago….and it is too close to a multi…looks like this one may not be ready to go this weekend after all.

I am very excited to find some of your caches and eats some cheese curds too!
Unfortunately the best cheese curds in the state come from further northwest. Ellsworth Cheese Curds are by far the best you would ever have..they can however be bought online…but nothing beats them warm and fresh from the factory.

In downtown Covert Cache ( GC3798 ) is not to be missed it is a bar/restaurant. Trust me, it’s very cool.
Impressive…that’s three articles in about as many weeks.
