the Oregon didn’t go swimming again dd it? Looks like you had fun.
Went winter caching today…all caches with the snowflake icon….wouldn’t ya know at least half of them were FAR from winter friendly…some were under rocks in rock piles and some were out under bushes covered by over a foot of snow….I guess you need to expect the winter friendly ones to be there in winter but not necessarily findable in winter.
Just got an email thanking me for DNFing their cache…he has taken down the winter friendly attribute as a result.
“I removed the winter friendly attribute. I guess I didn’t take the plow factor into effect. I hope I didn’t waste too much of your time on that one. Thanks for posting the DNF so I could fix the problem.”

…what is the definition of craphas? ❓
It was a typo that came from a missing space between the words crap and has…..it refers to SNOW
See this thread:
(link removed)I DNFd all these today…
The 5 for 5 Gauntlet #3U
The 5 for 5 Gauntlet #4H
SPELL CHECKER

…:::FunLand:::…
WSQ St. Paul’s
IAT Bridge to the PastOh wait you mean log them online at CG?
…I did that too.I went out in the snow today…it wasn’t pretty I DNFd almost as many as I found. I think some of the hides are not as “winter friendly” as advertised…. 😕 (but even the legitimate winter friendly caches are harder in the snow)
…and it was really hard going sans snowshoes.
I’m exhausted. 8) ….in a good way. 😉
Took a pretty picture though:

Here is some craphas at my closest geocache:

I’m looking forward to some COLD cachin tomorrow….I’m heading towards the lake so my hope is there is less craphas to deal with there…

I guess that means you do not have GSAK….. perhaps you should consider getting it, since it is a fantastic program.
2,500 finds and counting and I still haven’t needed it….but then I really enjoy crunching my own data…. 😛
Yep what Marc said…here it is in picture form:
Open the zip file of the PQ and when when you see it on the screen (C…this will be two files) drag them into the Garmin GPX folder…done.
They plowed over the grass at work and someone parked on the grass and then realized (s)he wasnt on the pavement…so (s)he backed up but apparently got stuck so they spun…and spun the wheels. My car is totally covered in mud and craphas now….it looks like I took it off roading. 👿
…really I mean totally covered…the roof the hood the trunk all windows save for the drivers side; looks like someone threw a bucket (or three) of mud on my car… 👿 👿

When you’re traveling, not for the sole purpose of geocaching.
Wait, you can do that?
Over a foot of craphas in Oconomowoc…and falling.
Ouch does my back hurt. I’m not sure if that is snow out there or lead. It took me almost three times as long to dig my way out….and practically everyone at work has called in so far…oh and the lot is NOT plowed. Oh joy how I love winter…..
…can’t wait to strap on the new winterboots I bought last year and hit the trails…..I think I better bring a cell phone, food & water and maybe signal flares though…and scale back the number of finds I had planned.
