Looks like I found one. Thanks.

I really loved my Alien Invasion Multi GCN8NH at Lapham Peak…it was my favorite. After I placed it in that location two letterboxes showed up within 25 feet of the cache and as a result the area was taking a real beating. I archived the listing due to what I felt was excessive wear on the area (volunteer trail and other seeking related damage)….I had no control over the other listings so I chose to archive my favorite cache…Sure I could have moved it but it would not be the same…

I did a bunch of them too over the holiday weekend and like you owe a few photos myself. I am having a tough time finding the last supper. I even have a few pictures that I took here at home that I still need to upload.

    Great series! Thanks Marc

I think I’m caught up with all of them save for the horse and rider…

According to the WB Chamber, we are now at 700 attendees. There are just 19 spots left until we reach 250 teams for goodie bags.

    WOW!
    I’m very excited about this!

How about being threatened with the new logging requirements on an Earthcache.

In general HE is my pet peeve. See my note on the page. I also sent him ANOTHER email regarding actually READING the guidelines before proclaiming to know them. He still hasn’t logged one of my caches yet 😈

…people who think they know it all and spout off before getting the facts straight…but perhaps that is more of an irritation than a pet peeve.

People pronouncing the SILENT “T” in often.

    …drives me up the wall.

    Here it is folks…listen carefully…do you hear a “T”?

Wow this is a great area to do some serious power caching their numbers will greatly increase……it will be fun seeing the caches shudder and hide from them…or maybe the caches just jump out of their hidy-holes knowing full well that they have no hope of not being found.

I have run into several teams on the trail…but have only planned to meet up with a few cachers…

    1. Greyhounder (found about 30ish togeather)
    2. Black Belts (found 1 with them)
    3. Opps5 and Mr. Greenthumb (found about 12 or so with them)
    4. Kyser367 (found about 10ish togeather)

(the below three because we teamed up to WIN THE CHOCOLATE FEST EVENT and had sooo much spare time …..did someone say “WIN?”
    5 LDove
    6. ThePharmGirl
    7. Jeremy

That said I do plan to meet LOTS more cachers in West Bend soon and to add about 40 more caches to the Black Belt total. $1,000 has me seeing green.

I’ll need to add about 100 more with Black Belts….And I believe a few more with Greyhounder as well though sadly she now falls into second place….

Ummmmm….Seems to me there is a perfectly good EarthCache there to find as 10,001 or as 9,999… 😈

I’m looking forward to lots on logs to read at my EC listing after the event….bring your cameras everyone!

Yep, that is the plan: Do the EC after the milestone.

Weird to quote myself to answer you but it seems your Forum Superpowers have allowed you to edit my post with your response….LOL.
I’m glad you chose this under-viewed park; it is an exceptional location with a 10,000 year old history of folks stopping by….I honestly couldn’t think of a better place!
