FTP for Wed Sept. 4th I had my 2nd Shringrix shot for shingles yesterday, late morning, and it kicked my butt all night! The 2nd one was worse for me than the first. Seemed like I had a fever and body aches and some chills all night. Funny thing is the fever is a “dry fever” without sweating. Got up at 4:45 to take a long hot shower which really felt great. Well, maybe one day/night of feeling crappy is still better than a bad case of shingles. I’ve had shingles twice, but mild and really don’t want them again.
