hmmmm…. …I think not…we’ve all seen events where there are charges to “learn” what we do. Nice try though…
Wow! I just looked those caches up. They are VERY close! Hmmmm….wonder how that happened. (Most likely the same way one was approved about 200ft from a stage of one of Commander Bob’s multi-caches. We also thought that was a no-no. Guess not.)
Thanks for the check-up Brian!
So in 5 weeks the permanent cache has nothing to worry about. Right now though, which ever one was placed first should get to stay. The other…uhmmmmm…temp archive at the very least!
I hope that when you are teaching this, you don’t place a charge on it. I hate it when someone makes people pay for helping them learn an easier way to “cache”!
Hey Ron, do you think anyone pays attention to us anyhow?
*Note to self…Self, remember that it’s okay to pretend to spell words incorrectly once in a while. It’s also okay to misuse “punucutation” (I think).
Oops…this sounds like a conversation for personal addresses. Perhaps we should use private e-mails for these types of things in the future. Naaaaaahhhhh! LOL! (How was that?!)

Yes, you receive an e-mail from Groundspeak, notifying you of the deletion. Is it possible that you forgot to log one?
It means someone had too much time on their hands and actually added attributes to their cache page.
JK…it means that if I choose to go searching for it, I should be able to find it. Be it under a log, in a cave, atop a mountain…whatever! If I want to find it, I should be able to do that. It seems like a pretty straight forward statement, “available in winter”…uhmmmm…it’s available in winter (as well as other seasons).
Well…since others have stated in the past that I like to laugh at people, let me be the first to do that for you.
LOL!
Silly you, it’s too soon for the coins to be in the mailbox!
And when I think of ANY kind of turkey, I think of GGGGGRRRRRAAAAVVVVYYYYYY thanks to Tony!
Check out anything done by The Lil Otter! She has some great caches in the Dells area! Also, this one is GREAT! http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=f5166b34-acf9-44b3-a70f-0f776d5d063c Don’t forget to take your camera with you here!
Gee..you think it could be behind the #2 on the sign?
Hi Lauren! Welcome to the craziness! Congratulations on getting so into the whole process of Geocaching!
One thing you should always ask yourself when placing a cache: “Would I like to come here?” If you can answer yes to that, then you’re half way there!
Don’t worry about the snow in the winter, or the brush in the summer. People will cache year round and tend to find what they’re looking for, tracks or not.
Just place them in a manner that you find enjoyable, and let the masses worry about the rest. No matter how much you love a cache, there will always be someone who doesn’t agree with it.
The best ones I’ve seen are those that take me to some place “in my back yard” that I didn’t know was there, or show me some strange and wonderful things. Historical caches are also a big hit in my logbook!
So, do your thing and the rest will work itself out! Welcome again!
Happy Caching!

See…simple and to the point! Very nice!
I personally think a simple picture of our state is fine for the icon. Anything else would “busy” it up and make it look sloppy. They put words, or symbols on them and not only are the icons hard to read, some of them are just…well…UGLY! The point here: Wisconsin has a new Geocoin! Anyone holding a coin will know that the WGA has “sponsored” it. Not to mention those who read the Groundspeak forums. And then there are those who collect them…
Just my opinion!
