So true Bec…. So true….
I was home. I had been up very late the night before and so had hubby (due to work). We had been up awhile that morning but hadn’t turned on the tv or radio or computer yet when my father-in-law called and said something along the lines of “I’m sure you already know what’s going on in New York and at the Pentagon…” and we were very confused.
Once we found out, hubby being a police officer, immediately called into work to find out if he was to report in or anything. They put him on “alert” status. He spent the day half in uniform and we just watched the news and waited to see if anything else was going to happen. We also had to spend some time explaining what was going on to Little Fishcacher since he was only 4½ at the time.
I can’t believe it’s been 3 years already….

Yep, Ralph is more than a micro! Nano sounds good.
So Bec, what the heck was that container’s original use? I could not for the life of me, figure out what someone would use that for…. Besides a teeny tiny geocache!

Here is a link that was sent to me by another Wisconsin cacher
http://zinnware.com/HighAdv/Geocaching/index.html
It *IS* fun to see how other geocaching communities function online!
After clicking on that link, I then clicked on “Most Finds/Hides” on the left side toolbar. It’s pretty cool to see a few names I recognize on that list! And then the little statistic on the bottom of that page is waaay cool!!!
I like our stats page better. (The check is in the mail, right Brew?)
ROTFLMAO!!!!! I am soooooooooooooo lost in this discussion….. This technology stuff reads like Chinese to me….
Just had to share my giggles here….

I like winter caching as well. (Well, as long as it’s not TOO terribly cold!!!) No tree cover to mess with the signal, no bugs, no muggy weather…. I can’t wait for fall to come!!!!
Interesting thoughts though about “winter cachability” ratings…. Now isn’t there a cache nearby that needs a boat unless the water freezes over???

Yours is much higher than mine!!!! Maybe you have this thing called “work” that gets in the way? Too bad the mortgage and car payments get in the way of plenty of good geocaching time!!!!
Sheesh, Thanks Melinda, Just when we think we have our area wrapped up! LOL[/B]
Heh heh.

Of course, after you mentioned this one, I had to check it out…. And I did the cryptograms…. They could be available for a price… Hee hee!

Didn’t log the cache? What a party pooper. (Just kidding.)
Interesting article though.

Wow! You can find all those caches while placing the whole Monopoly series AND getting married as well?!?!?? You are geocaching machines!!!!
Way to go! 1000 isn’t too far off at all! Hee hee!
Mine currently reads 688.52 miles.
The funniest thing – my max speed: 1944.9mph! LOLOL!!! I might drive a *little* fast, but my little Geo Prizm doesn’t go THAT fast!!!
