this one certainly comes to mind when reading Amita17’s last post!

Well, if that’s not it, it is another just like it! Yes, that is a 50 page puzzle I wouldn’t print but would try to solve on screen. I will reread your PM suggestions about the solve.

    Thank you 😀

Yes, that’s it! The one I point out in my puzzle class as one NOT to print!

When I first started seeing logs from Arkansas, I had my suspicions.

    Congratulations!

Hmmm. WI has a number of new challenges out……….

I’m quoting amita17’s post – what cache is she referring to!

Piggybacking on your request for help. I am also trying to solve a different binary puzzle (don’t have the GC number handy).

Am I going to have to sit with one of those binary charts and do this by hand? I never know where to start and end with these strings.

That is what I figured I would have to do, and it is a long process. If there is another way, please share. Thanks.[/quote

So, what’s the GC # Curious as to which one…..

in reply to: If you understand binary code stuff…. #1904663

Perhaps after you decode the binary, you get another embedded code?

Anther idea from the GC forums.

    A distance challenge.

You have to find a cache 25 miles from home,
    75
    100 etc

Perhaps see who gets the farthest.

But, you probably would have to place a limit, like to the state border.

Appleton has a good concentration of places. A few outlying ones …

Kaukauna – Settle Inn. Has an indoor pool. $$? Hwy 41 and 55
Little Chute – Country Inns and Suites. Indoor pool. $$$. Hwy 41 and N.
Kimberly – Hilton Garden Inn. ??? Hwy CE and 441.

Do you look to cause trouble, or does it just find you naturally?

Alex, since there is a considerable amount of … doubt? … as to what the area will look like when the new bridge is finally completed, I would consider archiving the current cache.

Then, when the bridge is done, place a new version.
