There is a good concentration of caches in the area. Including some puzzles.

Departure time before light? Say around 6AM

Get back to the Appleton area after dark. Around 10 PM?

All things considered, it works out well. These discussions ALWAYS get out of hand with SOME people making weird comments! I WILL NOT name names, but you’all know who I mean ……

You submit them like any other to the reviewer, and explain the situation to him / her. He / She will get them in line to be published on the day you want them released to the public.

Maybe the Bomb Squads should have a geo-cacher on retainer. Send him over to check it out first.
