There will be a system in place, sometime down the way. Right now I’m interested in finding out who is willing to plant new caches.

When you come across a puzzle that stumps you, there are two ways of getting help with it:
1. Contact the owner.
2. Contact other cachers who have solved / found it.
I feel both ways are acceptable. I use both ways myself.
And I know others do not always contact me for help on my puzzles.
BTW, one thing that is generally not done nor does it seem acceptable, is to post a request to a forum, such as this. I’m not sure why that is, but I’ve seen examples elsewhere where the requester is deluged with criticism for doing so.
Does the “Join a puzzle cache tour” fall under 2, or is that a separate 3?
Thanks for reminding me. I forgot. Yes.

Well if we can rally enough support, maybe Wisconsin could consider hosting in 2010 and take some pressure off Those MI, OH lads and lasses.
Hmmm….. not working? No family? Really want to volunteer?
It sounds like a great idea, but the amount of work involved in incredible.
Besides which, there is a MWGB organization that controls it, and I believe they are from the MI/OH/IN area.
Yup, I read both covers. Did not see anything about high cliff.
Something to chew on …….
Last year I ran across one of the organizers – at Sweet Life’s spot – and asked why the registration was not open later.
The reply I got was that there are not enough volunteers to man the registration process. Another source indicated there were volunteers, but they did not show up.
So, I am thinking it would be nice for some WI cachers to volunteer (and show up!) for that purpose. Probably for Thursday, July 23rd (opening day). Something like 5-10 PM?
Bec is contacting the organizers to ask some questions.
But … you are still on sabbatical?
OH! Holy …… I lasted only about 30% Had to go throw up!
Pipes frozen? Portable heaters blasting away.

I still like my original idea from way back when ….
