Welcome … ah …home?!
But you had to post here about your ‘cure’!!!!
I think you are still thinking about it…..
Congratulations!
Always great to hit a milestone in another state. I remember coming to WI on vacation for #100! That was way back when there were not many caches out.

Congratulations on yet another milestone achievement!
Keep on having fun and creating memories.
Isn’t this supposed to be family orientated …… ?
Oh, I see what you mean!

Where is there a Walmart cacher around here? Did I miss it?

The only times we have cached with others was with my 90-year-old aunt and uncle (found two caches), and with a niece and her 2 daughters (3 years for one, 3 months for the other). Found two caches on that one too, and we were lucky enough to get those, when there was so much playground equipment in sight to tempt the 3-yr-old.
Guess we’re caching companions to the very old and the very young!
Those are good ages. My Dad is 90 also.
And my cousin has a 3 year old and a 3 month old with whom I have gone caching. The playground is the incentive for the little ones to go caching – find the cache, get to play.
Congratulations!
Minnesota is going to be interesting …………
Congratulations, Ralph!
When are you going to past Honeybunnies again?

118 zumaIs this a hint for that one puzzle cache of yours? Now I can get back to working on that one.
My ‘friends’ puzzle. Well, it could be considered as such, they they are all listed there. Was not intended as a hint.

Maybe you can write a note saying that you are considering archiving the cache. See if you get any feedback from cachers within a months time.
I did this on one of my puzzles, and I got three cachers begging me to archive it so it would be off their radar screens! Because of their concerns, I did not.

Maybe we need a new thread on when to archive an old thread.
Sounds good. YOU start it!

Turning it over the the WI Yuppers! 😀

It is but it isn’t. I have had only one find since I put it out. How long should I keep it active? Ya, it only been up for a less than a month or so but when should it be put to bed? The Evil Genius was archived after not being up for a very long time. I curious as to what others think about this topic.
OK, only those cachers living below HWY 29 can comment here! 😯

Here is my First REAL Puzzle cache.
I think it’s a first of it’s kind, at least up this way.GC1BBJ7
Off Topic!
Although I place all my caches with the intent that they remain permanently, something always comes up.
Specifically, with my puzzle caches, I feel there is a time when they should be archived. It might be after a certain number of months, or perhaps when the number of finds diminish beyond a certain number.
Although they are good enough to stay forever, why keep them when the number of cachers seeking them dwindles to such a low number?
So, I’m still looking for some good ideas on how to determine when a puzzle cache has run it’s course.
