Sunrise…who waits for sunrise? Yes, I am aware it is dark at 5 am. But I have to take advantage of the times when I can go caching.

I seem to remember some years ago you were told by a police officer that the park did not open til sunrise. ??

With so many of my caches making the List, and Sagasu checking them out….

    Where are the DNF logs?

Dave has found quite a few of the containers missing, yet I have not had any DNFs on these caches.

Time – again – to point out that logging DNFs is important for the owners to be alerted to a potential missing container.

    Appleton 12.67 343 46 111

    Wausau 46.55 388 72 40

Using an approximate center point, a Pocket Query of the closest 500 traditional, multi and puzzle caches. Miles is how far the 500 spread from the center point.

Some places are quite ‘rich’ in puzzle caches. Others are quite deprived of these jewels of geo-caching. Appleton’s puzzles represent 22% of the 500.

As soon as you log 5 puzzles in the Appleton area!

Guess I know a spot I’ll be camping this summer. Then again, I could stay at the Paper Valley and come this winter. That place was nice last time I was there 7-8 years ago. Is it still?

Yes, it’s still there, and there are two really nice puzzles caches that will keep you inside: Pace Yourself, and Pace Yourself Again.

I have so many caches on the list, that they are getting maintenance checks done for me.

Wondering what Dave is going to do after a couple of months?
