Way to go Dude! Still got that “Fart-Doh®”
Like the Juneau cache last winter. Bring your own ice chisel and be prepared to pay the local fuzz?

Congrats on the major milestone Uncle_Fun!
At $8 to register, Cachemate is well worth it! It’s simple and yet a perfect database for our needs.
That was the same one, but I caught it just late enough to know that it was “The” episode, but only heard the last reference to Geocaching.
There you go Tami!

A Geocoin like this is trackable through geocaching.com just like a regular travel bug.
Congratulations Gary! Your on a roll now.
The biggest key was to keep any one stage of the cache at least .1 miles from another active cache in the area like someone else said.
If it’s only your multi stage in the area, I’m not sure the .1 mile rule would be a big deal. You may need to explain to a Brian that it’s a cool hide and that it’s not some lame 5 minute multi.
50 or 60 might be closer to tops with travel times, but if you can breeze through the rainbow series….you never know.
Have fun! There are some good ones to be found!
Marc_54140 and I talked to that same guy and his wife back when we did Super sized. They said it was a public acess and didn’t have a problem with us being there. Didn’t see any neighbors the last time we used the same access point in July.
Too bad that people seem to feel they own the whole woods when if fact they own much less. It’s human nature and I have seen the same thing in my hunting woods where someone has permission to hunt on 10 acres, and think the figgin own 200.
Personally, if I had to do either again….I would use the main access point with signs. We didn’t see it for Super Sized but saw it when we left.
I love it! I’m still chuckling!

So I helped her out, what do ya think?

1 Pocket Query .GPX file and you will be hooked! GSAK is excellent as well as the author, Clyde.
I did the same thing by getting a sample file. Have fun!
I got in a long holding pattern before I took of too! It’s nice to be able to have days like 36 finds to fire you up.
