Looking good with the globe and polished…maybe too good, as in trophy material. I agree that if this is only the start of ideas, then we are on a roll! Good job pcfrog!

You started it a long time ago when I won my Garmin hat….and you asked why they mispelled Magellan. What a trouble maker!

I heard about the article from Gizfinder last week, but had thought that it had run already. Thanks for the link Kat!

That’s what I did, and used a GSAK filter for caches that start with Bob. It was a fun day with Marc_54140 and Gizfinder. It also helps to have GOOD maps installed on the GPS.

I forgot to add that Genius Loci does not have a problem using small preprinted sticker to log each find.

Way to go guys! I was waiting for a call on the cell phone, but figure that a 1 hour window was close enough! Big hugs all around!

I’m not sure, but it seems like 4 may have been looted from a cache of mine in one fell swoop! I sure hope that they all show up. I sent an e-mail to one of the last cachers that didn’t trade a bug along with the travel bug how to page.

It can be frustrating when you get some bug looters come by.

I have a Garmin GPS III for in the field and a GPS V for on the road. I find the GPS III to work better in the field plus I know the function buttons quite well after 950+ finds with it.

The shirts were 3 for $23 shipped from eBay, maybe we can find a possum pie shirt for you too.

I bought a 15 minute Energizer charger w/2200 mAh batteries included that work great in the field even during the Winter. They work forever in my Kodak digital camera too where the Kodak battery was good for a couple of picture before it would croak.

What would the price be roughly per coin on a 300 – 500 coin run for an example?

Would it be safe to assume that these coins would not be trackable like normal Geocoins?

The idea sounds interesting to me, but I’m not sure I would drop more than $20 or $30 myself on say 10 or 12.

    Call me a cheapskate!

My post was tongue in cheek I thought it was cute.

How demeaning! I bought two from eBay and have been VERY happy with both!

I didn’t have coffee in my mouth at the moment, but would have come close to spraying the monitor again if I did.
