Congrats, Lindsey, on your 1000th find!
That’s what I said when I hit 200 — the finds add up. No stress, it isn’t about the numbers, but all the cool places you find yourself and the folks you meet along the way. I have enjoyed your hides on the south side — looking for a way to sneak out and do the caches at Bender Park.
Interesting indeed!
Wisconsin appears very well represented. Just looking at the numbers, the number with over 1k is going to go way up this year. It is heartening that we seem to be a friendly bunch — I’ve really enjoyed running into other cachers on the trail.
The two places that jump out are Holland and Tennessee. Consider how little public land they have in the Netherlands.
Congrats KORPL on hitting 1000!
cross country ski trails offer great access to a number of geocaches in this area. Just be aware that if you are hoofing it, please stay off of to the side of the trail, especially if it has been groomed. This is my first winter geocaching — the latest snowfall has made for some challenges!
Thanks! It IS addicting!
