I’m busy painting so I can go caching Wednesday with Hack1of2.

Smart phones aren’t within our budget so I doubt if we will ever have them. Now that we are not going to be working it’s even less than a chance we’ll ever have them. We take the lap top on trips and that keeps us in the loop and allows us to get info we need. We’re willing to wait that few hours for it.

Maybe we should start a new topic. Fun things to do and see without an electronic device. Didn’t we all used to do that a long time ago?

Since we will be able to caching anytime we want after we retire we’re taking a break from caching this winter and doing other things we enjoy. We’ve been doing a lot of hiking, movies, lunch dates and other fun things. This weekend we’re going to see some ice and snow sculptures. Occasionally we sneak a cache or two in. Last year we found 288 in January. Last month (December) we found over 200. So far this month our count is 13.

We worked 4 days this week and now are off again until we go back March 7th. Then it’s only until May 27th and we are done for good. Am I counting the days?
