Congratulations. The BB Trail is a great adventure and definitely not just a bunch of park and grabs.
We will probably never forget the day we spent there hiking with you. This is one on those places that you love and hate at the same time. I still can’t believe that we did all of the caches there in what, 3 or 4 hours. The trip there still ranks in the top ten of our most memorable geocaching days. If you want to challenge yourself and feel rewarded at the same time this is a good place to go.
As a side note the California cachers that we traded coordinates with have become good online friends. We’re looking forward to meeting them at the Cache Ba$h next weekend.
Congratulations. We’re having fun following your adventures.
It was only a test, I wasn’t trying to be dishonest. Now I have a green thumb and a long nose.
I just opened a zone that had a nominated cache that I had NOT found. I was able to vote for it anyway. Should that happen?
No problem for me with I.E.
Are they logged in?We had one of those Sears Ted Williams tents that we bought on Craig’s List. Made of canvas and never leaked. It was already 25 years old when we bought it. We used it for several years until a couple of the zippers broke and that’s when we bought our current tent.
We have had good luck with the best western and super 8 Brands.
On a serious note our tent is a Kodiak rated for winter camping. We have had it for a year and not a drop of water inside and it always rains when we go camping. Our son just bought the same tent. We have used in 32 degree weather with a small propane heater and stayed warm. It’s a $600 tent that we bought online for $450.We found 20 caches yesterday, but the highlight of the day was the picnic lunch with froggerz and Hack 1 of 2 at Harrington Beach. If anyone ever wants to meet us for a picnic and some caching let us know, but remember the picnic takes priority. The caches will always be there, but a perfect day in a park with friends not so much.
I like a cap that I can sit on and wear it and still look good.
here are a couple more that we didn’t find yet

4B4NADid you ever hear of deer hunting? It seems to be quite popular in Wisconsin. It’s one giant room full of deer hunters.
The Squirrel Convention in Fellenz Woods might be fun.
Wow, Bill that sure woke me up quick on a Sunday morning to see your name here. I just looked up the cache I suspected that you found and I was right. The dates of the multiple logs corresponded with a WGA Picnic at Lapham Peak. If I remember right the reason the CO gave the option to log all waypoints was to increase the number of find possibilities that day. Something like the temporary finds that were still being done then. Won’t get into that for those who don’t know what I am talking about. Today’s multi hiders put a lot of work into their waypoints and I don’t think they really expect large numbers of finders. It’s more like the long hikes hides from the early 2000’s that are rarely placed nowadays. I’m sure this topic will stir up some interesting comments, but none more interesting to me than seeing your name here today. Yes there are still geocachers named Bill from Sussex. It looks like the WGA Picnic in September will be somewhere nearby and it would be great to see you there.
