Congrats BakRdz. I did a few more of your caches this last weekend…loved em! Keep on rockin!
I am usually caching with my wife, when either of us find it, we just say “bingo” then back off to let the other person retrieve it. But, whenever possible I pocket the cache if she is looking away. We then look and look and look together, all the while we are “wondering” why we can’t find it, then I un-pocket the hootie. She then gives me that look where she is wondering why she puts up with me. Occasionally she returns the favor when she finds it first.
I am one of the “sticker people” LOL…I am guilty of taking up two spots occasionally, but I will never put one in the wrong direction. I may have done that a few times when I was first starting out, but I don’t think I have done that recently. If I have I apologize!
Congrats on the milestone…we saw your name on many logs today!
congrats to you…you keep us newbies going, in hopes of finding that many great caches in the future
I can only dream of that many hides! wowza, congrats
Congrats Todd!

If so, what kind? #1915826On my belt I always carry a Leatherman Juice C2 which is small enough to not be in the way, but the pliers and knife are more then adequate for any need caching may pose. I also always have a 2AA Mag-Lite in a leather holster…have used it many times to look up a hollow tree or whenever it is dark.
Let me know when you are in town! Maybe we can meet up.
I know where this conversation started..lol. I put the snowflake on any cache I think someone could find with a normal amount of snow on the ground. Not only will they be above snow level, but not covered in snow…covered by bark, in a hollow tree, where the snow will not physically touch the cache. J&L you have done my Ripon parks tour…Murray Park, Horner etc are all winter friendly in my book…but the final is most definitely not. A few hides on our new Mascoutin Valley Trail series may be questionable, I will play those by ear and make updates if needed.

I have a 3 D cell Mag-Lite that I use to follow reflective tacks to deerstands…works great! Adjustable beam, and like stated a couple of times, keep it at eye level.
Was out this afternoon researching a new hide I am working on and I saw a plastic bag. I bent over to pick it up and it had a little weight to it. Sure enough, a pipe, a lighter, and a smaller bag with a little bit of m/j left in it. I carried it back to the geomobile, and snapped some pictures while I waited for Ripons Finest to come get it. Officer Henke was glad I picked it up, and I was glad its not out there anymore.
I do have one of the pictures on my blog. http://www.cachebar.blogspot.com
Well done….I have been at it since May and still have not hit 200(192)!! I wish I would have been a cacher before I started my own business….it really gets in they way of caching!!
Good work!
When I first heard about Geocaching I quickly got signed up and set my username as Stobber, which I use for allot of things. Well when I realized that my wife liked caching as much as I did I quickly realized we needed a new name for both of us. While finding Fox Proposal Point we stood up after signing the log and we both had MuddyBottoms…we knew right away what our new Name was going to be.
