thankx everyone for your kind words. Im just having fun like the rest of you. Just in my own little way.

Im not sure about 8K, but I could easily be past 1K if I wanted.

On the same day as my 800th, I hit a mini milestone, which was my 500th traditional, meaning 300 are other types, mainly puzzles.

I just replaced a 4gallon cache for Giz. When filling the cache I tried to fill it with stuff id like. So other than just some kids toys I put in more adult stuff. Like a star wars vhs, some books, a fishing reel, and some line, a screwdriver, etc. It would be nice to find that kind of stuff. And like trekin said if that’s how you want it to be you have to start the change yourself.

I guess im curious to why there wasn’t 500 on this last list, I actually have never seen a list with 500 caches on it (granted ive only seen 6 lists total) the number is usually around 485. Seems we are being shorted.

the cut off for this last list seemed to be around July 10th of 2010, much longer than the 4 months, so according to the rule there should have been at least 500 on the list. minus the one they took off due to problems with the name.

Id like to see 1000 on the list, but if thats not possible, id like to see at least the full 500.

Thats awesome, I see lots of cachers slam 1000 but most of them is all TFTC’s its nice to see cachers so into the sport that they log each and every adventure fully.

I think you had about 500 caches when I first heard the hog talk about you so ive watched you slam 1000 caches in that time, and many before my dad, but some after.

ya, i had one scoped out that wasn’t found since July 10th 2010, I thought it would make the list for sure, but it didn’t, almost 10 months without a find, but it must not be in the top 500 of the loneliest of the lonely. Oh well I guess ill wait 2 more months then it will be a year since found last, and it better make the list then! Unless somebody else finds it before then, which I doubt.

I just realized that 1 out of 7 caches I find are on the lonely list!! (100 lonely out of 709 total caches found) Not many PAG’s for me
