When I ran for Assembly, this was one of the places my wife and I “had” to stop by because she thought it was so interesting! Too bad it took 5 years, I would’ve missed being by there by a year since I last ran in 2008, but it is a great spot!

I’m curious why this is even an issue since the Supreme Court has already ruled on this issue, saying the police may not use this type of surveillance without a warrant.

Is Rep. Neylon trying to pass a law in which the police would need to inform a criminal they wish to monitor their location/activities prior to beginning an attempt to monitor them? If that is the case, it seems like terrible legislation without regard to the impact it would have upon the GC community.

Started the TL Dunes today, on a laptop. Talk about tiny pieces!

Anyway, I was going amazingly fast through the start, kept my % done higher than the minutes all the way through 45%. Then, after 50% things really slogged down. Maybe I can get it done tonight.
