Well, it took long enough, but they finally called school in Adams-Freindship for tomorrow… not that it matters to us anymore. <img src=”http://wi-geocaching.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif” alt=”:-D” class=”wp-smiley”>
Stoughton still hasn’t called… Janesville is closed, Beloit is closed, and little 12,000 person Stoughton is still on! Hmm…
Happy New Year’s! Let’s hope the Badgers do a little better today than they did this time last year.
So how are TSers planning on bringing in the new year?
My husband just told me he’s ditching me on NYE so I guess it’s just me and the kids.
Not much going here on New Year’s Eve either… maybe going to bed early?
Anyways, my dad told me he saw ammo cans for $5 a piece at Harbor Freight in Madison. Maybe a trip up there is in order.
Is anyone watching that “Wisconsin From the Air” on PBS? There have been some really cool shots, especially up along Lake Superior.
Awesome! It is really nice to see what WGAers can do! Just out of curiosity, will this plan start on January 1st, or is there some other “magic number” (the beginning of the “DNR Year”, per se)?
Getting in on the first couple pages. Nice to see you all again…
Nice job! I joined the 500 club 2 days ago at Governor Nelson on the WGA cache there. Here’s to 500 more…

Congrats to Ostermi for their milestone at Gov Nelson. They hit #500 at the WGA State Park cache.
Thanks for all of the work you put into making the WGA a nice group; I certainly appreciate the state park series. Just one more reason to get out and enjoy what Wisconsin has to offer…
Although I am too far out to adopt any, I will likely be placing one on Riley Road in Southern Dane County soon.
Well done. I am only 7522 caches short of that!
I might as well get into the forum… I would have to recommend Ma’s Bakery in Bloomington (right along Hwy 35 in Downtown). A basic bakery, but everything is always good and everyone is always friendly. A great stop if in the area.
I have yet to do any siloes, but I am planning to do beccaday’s”Stocks Family Fieldstone Barn” cache before our hike at Scuppernong tomorrow.
I did some searching, and it looks like “Boy oh Buoy” has in fact been archived. However, there are still a number of caches in Deforest. “It’s Been Posted” (GC5BGQA) seems to be receiving many good reviews as of late. There are also a couple of cemetery caches right around there too, which are some of my favorites.
Hey WhiteEagle! I am too far away to meet your request (I live near Madison), but I am sure someone is willing to meet up with you.
Great job! I have quite a good ways to go before 3200 😆
