Great news Dave! I hope she will be out on the caching trail soon! I am sure you have been a great help with her recovery :).

I’ve never watched one but I have some that I’ve passed along or simply logged as “discovered” that I’ll go into them through my profile once in a while and check up on them.
I have a couple cool ones I am watching. My personal favorite is
TB27B3R, which I found in Madison and took around the area for a while.Well, the Packers play in less than an hour. My pick for this evening is:
Packers 27
Vikings 14Yours?

Does it have to be a team? Can we rip on individual players? If so, I would like to start a scathing diatribe on how much I can’t stand Johnny Manziel.
Pretty cocky considering how bad the Browns really are. So bad, I think the Packers would win 38-17 against them (come on, the Bears are making it too easy 😉 ).

The Commander
I may be one of the kids who keeps trying to learn (and, evidently, letting Grandpa help me out when trying to convince the County Park service of something 😀 ).

Where’s the box for the Houston Oilers? 🙄
I tried to make a box for “other”, but the site wouldn’t let me. Oh well…
Welcome! The WGA website is a great place to hang out or ask questions. I have only been on for about a month and I already check in at least every day.
I just sent the parks system an e-mail voicing my support. Along with some of the points mentioned, I explained CITO to them and how it can help beautify the parks.
Thanks for going Steve and Jay! I would have but I was tied up with school all day.
Cool! That seems like a fairly positive, enthusiastic response.
Great e-mail. I definitely understood what benefits would come from both sides if this fee were to be dropped. Let’s cross our fingers…
Thanks for your work on this Commander. Hopefully it goes through… More new caches for all of us to enjoy! And I call hiding one near the chapel at Indian Lake 😀
I really like Governor Dodge, mainly because it is quieter than some of the other parks (Devil’s Lake comes to mind). In that same neck of the woods, Blue Mound also offers some good views of the land both to the East and west. I also like the views from Wyalusing,
I really enjoyed the St. Peters Dome EC near Ashland.
I also love the Pewit’s Nest area near Baraboo. Not to sound cocky or selfish, but I do have an EC there and I would consider the Nest to be one of Southern Wisconsin’s most hidden gems (hence, why I placed one there).
The EC at Lapham Peak’s tower is also very cool.

So if you are from Stoughton, you must be Norwegian, right? Welcome. My brother and sister-in-law live in Stoughton.
Nope, not a lick of Norski in me! I am mostly German (I have “Haus” in my last name, so that one is pretty obvious :D) with a decent amount of Swiss. I do however enjoy the Syttende Mai festival here each May. For those of you who aren’t completely surrounded by Norwegians like I am, Syttende Mai is Norway’s Independence Day, and it is BIG in Stoughton. In fact, the only Syttende Mai bigger is in Oslo.
Anyways, thanks for the welcome. I am already thoroughly enjoying reading the forums on this site.
